What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Through :toilet: winter conditions:, the 4R transported firearms and other instructional materials to a classroom and indoor range. We (an attorney, SWAT trainer, retired LEOs and several other NRA instructors) volunteered our time to teach a 16 hour class to 23 students, 12 of them women. Based on the smiles and evals, a good time was had by all over the two days.

Found a fun trail this weekend in the Sierras. I will be needing a lift and some other goodies before I can make it further down this trail. And probably a second rig so I don't get into a sketchy situation without backup. I got stopped by an icy mound that was a bit too tall at the apex for the frame. We will get to the top at some point. For now, it's all smiles as this thing continues to go places that amaze me.

Great pics, just moved to South Florida about 6 months ago and haven't had the chance to go yet. Any tips on visiting?

If you go to Shark Valley - be there between 7:30 - 8AM. The park opens at 8:30, but the line is 20 cars deep by that time. Beware of the cyclists - they think they own the park. Head out to Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve just outside of Big Cypress - lots of wildlife there too, less crowded. The best way to see the glades is on the canoe trails on the way to Flamingo at the southern end of the park. CRAZY miles worth of waterways - you'll see anything & everything you ant to see in the everglades. PM me so we don't hijack this any more than we already have.

Bolted down some L-Track onto the sliding cargo deck to secure everything. Engel Cooler on the left, eventually a presurized or 12v pump'ed scepter water can in the middle and These storage containers that stack that I put dry food and our camp kitchen stuff in on the right.

The Track is secured underneath to a length of 1 inch aluminum that runs the full length the the side L-Tracks and about 75% of length of the center L-Tracks due to the actual frame of the sliding cargo deck being in the way to run them full length.

I decided to do L-track instead of single tie down points so I can secure stuff in a lot of possible configurations. The Ice chest will probably always be there but from that over can be changed around.

(sat) drove down to bayou vista to help a friend build some horseshoe pits and mardi gras partying. We loaded about 1500lbs of sand in the back of the 4R, didn't take a pic but I had some fantastic cali lean coming back from home depot

(mon) added additional factory recovery loop and threw d-rings on them, looks pretty cool!
