What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Took a day trip yesterday, did some wheeling with the family: sand dunes -mountains and mud all in one day had a great time still got 21 mpg with the new coopers atp plt 5ply 265/70/17 and they didn't miss a beat -ditched the 275 ko2 they killed my mpg , was lucky to get 16mpg now I'm at 21.5mpg @ 80 mph loved my ko2s , I had to do it again would definitely get the 265 c load ko2 but anyone looking for tires give the cooper atp's a shot .
Ps : for all the rude ass hats - yes in the south I only lost about 2.5-3mpg with the E load 275 ko2s avg 17.5 I could live with that loved them I moved up to the high desert went down to 12-15.5 mpg at best . Swapped for the atp plt 5ply coopers same trip that took a full tank with the ko2s now only takes little over half and a eighth with those same headwinds at the same speed of 80mph !! Yes the atp's look like bald tires compared to the ko2 . the guys at discount all run them mostly in the plt load at Moab and some local orv parks they said because they have the same exact sidewall as the e load so I figured I'd give it a shot . Anyway cheers

How could you possibly get 21mpg? If I drive moderate I can average around 17 on my lifted '11 TE with cooper AT/3s in stock size. Wife has a stock '15 TEP with same tires. She gets same mileage.
Really? 21? I'm not trying to prove you wrong or out calculate you, I'm just stunned!

The yellow light output doesn't reflect off of the white conditions and improves visibility and safer driving!

Yellow Fogs are better for rain/dust/snow. Easier for human eye to see in these conditions. You can dig around on Google for technical explanation. Mounting them low helps as well. By coincidence I ordered yellow Dually LEDs to use as fogs today.

I used to get that on the highway, until I lifted and bolted on a few hundred pounds of steel. I'm still at 17 average with around 60-70% highway. The Duratracs were the biggest hit.
Have you weighed your foot?
To stay on topic, washed it today, could barely see out of several windows it was so dirty.

And what really ticks me off that all companies (I don't mean "China noname" but brands like Philips or Osram-Sylvania) keep putting 6000+K LED chips in their LED Fog Lights. Absolutely stupid. Look at the description from Philips:
"Philips X-tremeVision LED Fog lamps' bright white 6000K color temperature gives your fog lights the perfect color match for today's high performance headlights".
:wtf: Philips ??? Fog lights are for is safety, not a fashion.

That's what I did and there seems to be logical, and fact-based, explanation for it and against it. I have to deal with horrible fog more often than I'd like on 2 lane country roads. I'd take any help I could get.
