Damn that's a helluva baton. Definitely will keep it in mind, my only concern would be the charging system. I see most guys mount the docks in the back, I'd want my flashlight at reach to bust zombie skulls at will. Where there's a will there's a way though right?

It's not exactly cheap--$263 for the entire project. There are ways to do all this on your own if you are willing to cut, solder, etc. But I wanted plug and play and reversibility.

Did you plug both of the holes on the lower part of the TRD CAI box?

The lower box had three holes for bolts, and I saw 1 hole on the side closest to the front bumper (used a plastic plug). My parts bag came with only one plastic plug. Off the top of your head, do you know where the "2nd" hole is located?

One of the mounting bolt holes after your rubber grommet is installed has (or at least mine had) an area where the opening was too large for the grommet to fully fill.
I used some O2 safe silicone and filled that opening to seal fully.
If your plug fit tightly on the side of the box, that's good, if not use some silicone to fully seal.

If all is sealed including the lid, it might be normal, I never heard it.

Installed some keeper rings and cam buckle tie downs to secure three 68 quart totes. They fit perfectly under the cargo cover and the straps seem to hold them in place. Not sure the last two pics are rotated. Thanks to [MENTION=133864]MudPie[/MENTION] for the assistance!

Yep. To activate the nav override you press - - + + on the steering wheel volume control and then press that sequence again to return to normal GPS mode. For inferior (non-Toyota) vehicles, you have to place a switch somewhere on your dash/panel instead. So the install is actually cleaner for Toyota.

i plastidipped it, although it is a little difficult since you have to peal the tapping off right away after your last wet coat to achieve a clean line. otherwise if you let it dry you wont have a clean cut or it'll pull the plastidip off

Put my rear swing-out back on (thought it would be hassle opening/closing with a newborn, was tremendously overreacting), had my bro mount a 285/70/17 tire on the spare (previously only had the stock size) and wired up some DRL LEDs in the grille a la [MENTION=89562]bimrunner[/MENTION] (albeit not as badass overall)

Out with old Volt 4300k 35w and in with the 5000k 55w HIDs. Also spray painted my chrome rear emblems which was a PITA cutting and sticking new 3m tape back on.

Well this was yesterday, but I took the 4wd-101 class at Uwharrie Off Road Training Center. (Also nearly knocked the mesh vent out of my front skid plate... Guess its time to start shopping for new ones.)
