Put 5100's on the rear. Managed to smash my finger between the OEM upper shock bushing/washer and that sharp metal where the well liner is attached to the body as I was trying to keep the nut from flying off. Bad words were said.

60,000 mile service.

Had Dolan Toyota (Reno, NV) do the 60,000 mile service yesterday. Pretty much going through everything like preparing Certified Pre-Owned. It took a bit over three hours and cost me $337. Well worth it for a 75 year old guy:

Changed oil and filter; cabin filter ; topped all fluids; greased all chassis fittings; changed diff fluids: etc.

Checked all under hood stuff like battery fitting and cables, battery test; hoses: radiator: ac condensor; belts; all fluids.

Tire tread depths all at 14/15 mm (pretty good for 28,000 miles on them.
Brake linings all at 8 mm - will probably get me to 90K.

Also included a wash and tire rotation. - It really needed both:
