Went up to DelRay beach for the weekend with the family. Got to try and ride some mushy windchop swell from the latest tropical disturbance. At least I got some good paddling workouts in.

Finished Skid Plate install

Had already installed my RCI skids that I purchased in the recent group buy. Got around and installed the lower link skids today. Was easy, was just too beat when I did the rest of the skids. 110 degrees will do that to you! Thank God it's finally starting to cool down.:madgrin:

Took the 4R up to the Huron Peak 4WD trailhead so we could climb Huron Peak (14,003'). We parked at the TH and then hiked the 7mi RT. The high peaks in the Sawatch Range were covered with fresh August snow. We summitted and came back down and the 4R took us home. This is why I got the 4R--for trips like this. And I'm very happy with it.

Topped off the nitrogen in my icon shocks. Only had since April 1st and one was down 5psi the other 3 15psi. Remember to droop shock then top off.

Got a sun faded '10-'13 TE rack from another member, cleaned it up and spray-canned it. Got it installed on my '16 this weekend. Looks better than stock and it'll work for now to get some kayaks to the water :happy:

So far so good. No noticeable loss of dampening after 27k miles.

Nice. I was tempted to venture onto one of those trails on the way from Yakima to Hanford. I do like the desert terrain.
