What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I'm ashamed to admit it but I kinda dig the headrests... The 17 year old in me wants them

Part of me wants them because embroidery, but they're pretty tacky in person from what I recall from FJ Summit when we all made fun of the TRD Off Road in person.

Never heard of a body mount chop kit. What do you get, a grinder, some discs and some metal lol?

I'm reffering to the cost of the standard softex headrests. Those are 313-315 dollars.

So it can be assumed the embroidered ones, when they become available will be at least that much.

Ha ha. Seriously they send you a boxed off piece of metal. So you grind/cut with the template and already have a peice ready to weld on to make it look nice. I dont now if I have a picture may have one from when I installed the Total Chaos +2 Long Travel suspension on my FJ. Ill have to look at some archived phitos. If not I am sure there are aome out there. It was very reasonable when I bought it years ago.
 
Wash and a proper wax to match the new setup. Also had to remove the front mud flaps until I can trim them.

Well i removed the front valance, and painting it with Duplicolor perfect match paint. i had it wrapped but it was a very good job and was starting to peel..

 
Got a call from the dealer I purchased from all excited claiming they need my 4Runner for their used inventory and can get me in a new one blah blah blah... I told him if he's serious I'll take 40K for it and they can move all my mods to the new one and I was at work and didn't have time for him. He said he'll let his manager know.... HA, don't think he'll be calling me back to offer me the 40K??? SMH
 
Quick wash and added a sweet air freshener I got for free from crankworx (took as many as I could haha). Almost matches my truck
