I'm not too fond of the 1 leg with felt pad. Going to chew on it and figure a way to secure it better. Took about 20 min to do. I'm thinking I can re-engineer this to be a lot stiffer / support more weight and not bounce around. Overall material quality is great [emoji106]

Yeah I know what you mean, the passenger side got stiffer after I tightened down, driver is still standing off about 3/8". Loosened everything back up and readjusted, still the same. Regardless, thinking of a small cradle that the post can rest in, that is secured to the side panel, then screw Thru the bottom into the post.

Just curious, if the charger is mounted in the rear like that, are your running the leads all the way up front to the batteries? If so, isn't that run long for that wire guage? Any pics of hour you wired it?

Yes they run to the batteries. It's 10 ga wire so NBD.

Which bike rack is that, and how,do,you like it?

It's the Kuat NV bike rack. So far i have been loving it! I've even done some light offroading with 2 downhill bikes loaded on it and it the bikes barely shook around.

It's a little pricey but if you watch for REI/online sales like i did, than you can get it for much less.

I've got the same issue with my driver side floating off the surface of the side panel, while my passenger side is completely flush and tight. No improvement after trying to re-adjust.

After some time, how do you like the suspension setup?

I'm very happy with this suspension. Ride is comfortable and responsive on pavement and it did great off road this past weekend at The Cove. I would recommend going with aftermarket UCAs with whichever suspension you go with for the adjustment and getting your alignment back into spec. I went with the SPCs.

Thinking this / something like this might be better... slide over the post, then use the holes to mount to interior panel.... not hot on drilling holes in my interior panels, buuuut, it might be the fix.
