What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Today I took my 2016 TEP for her first drive in snow.

The OEM Dunlops are disappointing off road, but for some reason, I'd left a little bit of hope that they would be acceptable in the snow, even though I've lived in snow counrty my whole life.

These things were terrible. I;ve been holding off on new rubber until i lift, but I cannot.


New tires within a week

Put new KO2's on with less than 200 miles on it. You called it, the stock tires SUCK and I sold them today for $325 on CL...do it! Hitting the snow next weekend!:usa2:

I've been really happy with the Bridgestones on my 2010 and 2016 4Runners. They weren't amazing at any one thing but competent on pavement, snow, and dirt.

"Off" road. Ha. Most of the secondary roads in Iowa look like that. I have a great coating of dust inside when I get back from fishing.

Made some center console organizers for the 4 Runner and Tacoma. Used cardboard for the test fit templates then used some plastic sheet for the final product. Total cost $5 for both. Sorry I don't have a install picture but who wants to see all the crap you keep in there any way. LOL.

Took a ride with the boys up to smiths reservoir. Kinda dry this time of year but the drive was a blast. I used to take ATV's up there all the time. Nice to have a vehicle I can take the whole fam in now.

Blue Seas USB Charger INSTALL

Finished the USB Charger install/fabrication into the cubby space in the center console. As good as it gets for now, may need to look at a professional paint service to clean everything up.

Now to run power from the Blue Seas Fuse Panel and Circuit Breaker!
