Awful Service Experience

I had the worse experience with World Toyota today. The service guy spent 15-20 minutes searching for my keys. He finally found them at the bottom of his desk drawer. When I got in my car the seat was set like someone slept in it and the center console looked like it was scavenged through. Nothing was stolen luckily. Finally right before I left the stealership, one of the workers came up to me and said everything I've done to my car was a waste and it doesn't look good. To which I sped off. I don't recommend and highly discourage anyone to ever go there.

Finally got all the Death Valley cleaned out of my truck. :llama:

Was in Arizona - Bullhead/Laughlin last week. Drove through a snowy pass on the way home. Had to rake and vacuum the interior. Then wanted to wash off the grey slime. It started raining a little. My son was out there with his camera taking a photo of a crazy guy washing his T4 in the rain. He just had to tell his mom too. I tried to tell them water drops are OK, but not grey slime. I guess it's a 4Runner thing.

Are those 265/70's or 275/70's? Front skid plate has only one support point for jack lift. They should of used that alone and then support the frame by 4 Jack Stands.

Stock size 265. Yes, most tire shops are a great demo of how NOT to appropriately and safely work on your ride.

ARB Rear Locker Install

Parts, I went through Chas from MRT and for the ARB Rear Locker (RD 193), MULE has their labor priced out at roughly $125.00HR, rear lockers at an estimated 499, not including tax. Overall, I was pleased with their quote and ability to complete the job without breaking the bank. They're about to have a 15-20% off for ARB in the next month or so, look them up.

Very envious!... If you don't mind sharing, what's the total cost of the parts/install?

Installed my Relentless Fabrication Stingray winch bumper. Total time for installation was about six hours between taking everything apart, making the cuts, mounting the winch, test fitting, installing and putting the stock stuff back together. I did it myself, back breaking heavy stuff, if I had to do it all over again, I'd ask a buddy to help.

Removed the sway bar, put on some 33's and painted the skid plate. Here is a before/after comparison for flex. Definitely more flex and the hood is more level. Handling off road at slow and high felt much better.

Let me know if you decide to come up to either hill. Hunter is hometown hill and Mount Snow is my go-to now!

Worked on my RCI sliders yesterday. Cleaned them up with simply green and a fine sanding block, 2 cans of self etching primer, and 4 cans of dark grey rustoleum hammered paint. Letting them dry this week before I mount them. If they start to chip and look bad I'll get them powdered coated.

As a follow up to post 20923 and the Relentless Fabrication Stingray winch bumper, adding some daylight pics. As a bonus, always wondered how much all the armor, roof rack and bumper would affect the height of my lift and my question was answered next to a TRD Pro which comes with a mild lift. My truck appears not just higher but bigger all around with the wheels and tires.

Got the road salt off with a bath and replaced the halogen fogs with xenondepot H11
