What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I saw that, but it says it's only for stock bumpers. Perhaps it would work with the MetalTech bumper too, but I don't know.

I've sent them an email asking what they might have that will fit my need.

Here is what I did today...

I installed Bilstein 5100s up front and got 5" of lift! No joke! I put on some Bilstein 5100s today but only had time to get the front done. I plan on doing the 1.5" spacers on the rear with Bilsteins there as well. When I finished the front, it has about 5" of lift! What would be causing this???? I have it set on the 1.75" setting. Ugh.

Hello all and new to the forum! Bought my new TRD Off Road this week, plan on a lot of mods, so far I've plastic-dipped the rims and the front badge, also replaced the front map lights with LED's... have no idea the brand but they barely fit in the housing.... They are however bright enough where it looks like the surface of the sun inside!....

Not 100% sure of the direction of the build.... New tires are very soon, the rear dome lights will be LED as soon as I get the bulbs and most likely a leveling kit and new rims....

After that I want to start an overland build while remaining mostly stock look!

Better make sure you have the spring buckets oriented correctly. If you have them upside down, you'll get that.

Yep 10 bucks from amazon and an hour or so, and now it works great!

Got the first scratch out of the way. I knew it was a matter of time, but part of me hoped it was at least gonna happen on the trails. Nope.
Was being a good and careful and hand washing the rig, two buckets and all. Hose snagged and lazy me gave it a good whip. Wet sandy hose against the door = sad ffdrew. Its tiny, and I'm sure I can buff it out, but it still hurt for a minute. Part of me is glad it's behind me now...

Installed rear spring airbags

Installed "airbags" in the rear springs today. Have to keep the tail up and nose down when rocking the cargo carrier.
