What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I declared the end of winter season by washing both trucks (1995 Tacoma and 2012 4Runner) and pressure wash frames to remove any road salt that might be there. Next is fluid film both frames. This is the only drawback of moving out of California (I don't smoke weed, so I don't care about legal marijuana over there).

I like it. I don't know why, but it kinda reminds me of a LC100.

Installed HIDs from The Retrofit Source. Not sure I love the wiring harness and relay setup, it was a more complicated install than my buddy who went with Xenon Depot's kit.

I burned some midnight oil and installed KC Hilites Gravity G4 LED fog lights in my ARB bumper. Really like the complimentiing LEDs that pair nicely with the ARB LED turn signal/DRL and the Lifetime LED headlight bulbs.

Installed my camel back rack ... R&L carriers beat the shit out of it from LA to SC... sux but whatever.. waiting on my wind fairing brackets and aob switch .. still have to figure out how to route light bar wiring ( any pm's or links so-fa-king welcome ) [emoji41][emoji13]

Finally got around to putting on "a" rock slider. Driver's side will have to wait until the morning. I received these from C4 last October,

Beach day

Went to the beach for an autism awareness event. Won a sweet high-jack lift and a cooler.

Installed my ARB differential breather kit before heading off-road tomorrow.

Differential side of the tube:

Mounted the breather in the engine bay, driver's side between the fuse box and firewall. Left some extra tubing in case I want to relocate it later:

This is about as much as I could tighten the disc onto the bracket without stripping the screw:

It's too bad the lift didn't stop me from dumping salt/dust in my eye and burning my scalp on the exhaust :flame:

Bought a used prolite profil, 1queen 2bunk 1300lbs.
Truck is still fun to drive, no white knuckle.
No weight distribution needed, maybe a sway bar... 7way cable was to short, bring her home without brake didn't felt any push.
Now we can start to plan the 1month road trip!
