Installed new 255/75/17 on a stock 2012 limited. Rocking fj cruiser 17" wheels. No rubbing or issues at all. Stock tires off a rubicon, so they are cheap on Craigslist.

Finally hard-wired my solar system in the cargo bay today..hole-saw, rubber grommets, spliced, fused, crimped and terminated..etc..crappy pics and all

Sacrificed some storage space, however I believe a small custom cabinet to cover will be in the future..none the less, plug and play.

Installed my Dark Gloss Metal FN FX Wheel ...not bad at all!

I am still waiting for my TDR vynil TDR cap, but I like the stance.

I am on K02 275, stuck suspension

Paint or Dip?

Both sort of, the emblem I used 3 colors. Black plastidip base coat, then a mist of silver with a mist of grey then coming back at the end with a dusting of Plasti dip again to darken it up to the shade I was going for.

The larger piece is just black dip.

Here's a close up that shows it a bit better.

I wanted to keep a little contrast and it's only really noticeable from 10 feet or less. Came out exactly how I wanted it.

Not really. It's always hot here on Guam. Fan is always on coldest setting.

Great pics. Planning a similar trip in a couple weeks... any advice on camp sites or not to miss trails? Did you need permits or campsite reservations... or mostly first come basis? Thanks!

Been kicking the idea of having my wheels powdercoated grey or polishing the beadlock rings. Decided on dipping the centers of my wheels cost me $25 and took maybe a hour to put down 6-7 coats to get a feel for the grey.
Came out super nice surprisingly so I'm going to run them like this for awhile instead of spending the $300 my powdercoater will charge me.

Tip for dipping/painting wheels put nickles in the lug holes, they cover the taper exactly keeps the dip from peeling up when you install your lug nuts.
