With the body lift, was it just pucks or did you have to move the fan shroud, radiator, steering shaft extension, any of that stuff? Also, what kit did you go with?

I assume you have to pull the interior out to install the longer bolts through the floor? It kinda looks like the stock studs would be long enough and you wouldn't need longer bolts

Yes you have to use the longer bolts that comes with the kit

Where in NJ are you from? What trails have you hit up? I'm a newb looking for places to take my runner. Only place I've been so far are the trails off Reed Rd in Jackson behind Six Flags Safari.

I'm in Raritan. Nothing legal that I know of close by. I'm trying to get out to rausch creek this sunmer with my friend for some light trails since its my dd.
My buddy and I finished up my storage box. I can't take credit for the idea, stole it from another friend and there's been a couple others before him and I.
Used 3/4 MDF for the base and 1/2 for the lid. Used two door hinges on the very back so that I didn't have to fasten a piece on the back end of the box, this way the lid opens up to the whole storage area. We attached L brackets using the stock tie down points closest to the seats with turnbuckles at the rear tie down points and there's a swivel hasp lock on the front to keep the lid secure. Spray painted it black and used some contact cement to attached the rubber mat to the lid. It's level with the back seats which can still recline the whole way. Only about an inch gap between the back of the box and the seats when they're down. I put some temporary foam rubber mats in the storage compartments until I can figure out a permanent solution. The brown strip is a piece of weather stripping to keep the rattle to a minimum.
All the supplies were about $200 give or take, I think. Luckily my buddy that helped had all the necessary tools and some good ideas, so it was a pretty smooth process. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

I bought a 2017 4Runner off road premium with KDSS yesterday and on day one added Fuel Recoils on 275 65R18 Nitto Ridge Graplers. They required minor trimming but no rub now. Day two I added Tail-as-turn and replaced factory fogs with Rigid D2s. Truck looks great, handles great and now I can see!
What backspacing did you go with for the Fuel Recoils?

ive never had to do this before, i live in georgia, so the whole tranny braking and higher revs scares me.
