Yep. My front valence rode home in the back of my truck. Luckily I have an SSO Slimline coming in, so I should be thanking the trails for doing the first step for me... Except now I can't sell my old valence.

Swapped the front bumper valance. Don’t know why it didnt come that way stock - especially since the other accents are black. Tomorrow I’ll do the rear. Looks great - now I’m stuck with TWO dilemmas!!

1) where to mount my ugly MD license plate

2) install my TRD PRO grill or keep it like this. I really like it as it is, especially once the Gobi comes in. :hmm:

Got to mount up and try out our new 1up USA rack. I’ve been putting $ away for a long time for this specific rack. It was also a pleasant surprise that I was able to find a way to secure my son’s 12” balance bike with the right wheel holder adjustments (they state that they can hold as small as. 16” bike, which is my daughter’s size but this was an unexpected bonus).

As much as I love my 1up, I wish they'd make longer arms for the 29ers. I feel better about it if the rollers pressed almost in top of the tire instead of a few inches below top.

Installed the new SL1 LED Headlamps I received from Diode Dynamics. Took an evening spin and pleased with the conversion. They match my switchback signals from DD very well and I think the diode beam pattern is spot on sharp, the swath of light they throw is maybe better than the halogens. The colour temp is right what I was looking for so I think I'll convert the fog lamps with their product next. I especially liked the plug and play installation, very easy, everything tucked in nicely behind the dust covers.

it looks like he removed the upper grill and drilled into the valence. I think there are other ways to do it, without drilling or removing the grill. If you want to know how to do it, click on the link below

Thanks. I trimmed the upper grill to fit the light bar into, made mounting brackets from slotted angle pieces, and bolted to existing holes shown in yellow (not my photo).

Agree, and it doesn’t help that my Fisher has a pretty long wheelbase, but I haven’t read of any overall issues with it transporting them. Also it was just as important to be able to carry the small bikes for us. I don’t know if any other hitch rack that can carry less than a 20” wheel.

I got the AUTO-VOX T1400 backup mirror and a camera as well as a USB port for Christmas. Install went pretty smooth, but running the wires around the rear window mechanism was a little tricky. Love the additions though!
