I dropped the 4runner off at the dealership. It wont go into 4 hi or low and the icon is flashing on the gauges. From research I've read in here it is most likely the actuator switch. They didn't have any master mechanics in today the jr's had no idea what it could be. I told them to keep it and wait for the master mechanic to look at it on monday.
What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Not very extraordinary, but I installed my TRD Pro grill. I really debated about installing it as I think the stock grill looks great with the black bumper cover.
Glad I installed it, it really transforms the car!! Now I am dreading putting holes in it for a license plate.

The interior LED's make a huge difference, one of the best things you can do.
The map lights were a major PITA but well worth the frustration.

Map lights are super easy. Take the 2 screws out that hold the overhead console up, pop the console off, pop the lights out from the back like they're intended to be removed. Remove the bulbs from their sockets, put the new LED bulbs in, test, put the console back up. Takes a total of 5 minutes start to finish and that's if you're working slow. The other methods I've seen with trying to use tape and all sorts of other things are ridiculous and take longer than just doing it right.

Looks great! I noticed you don't have the front sway bar relocation brackets. You may or may not need them depending on how much total lift you have but double check for sway bar to coil spring clearance.

No problem and I know the feeling. If you're in the 2" range over stock you will likely not need them. I'm at 3" and had contact issues so they were required. I try not to add any of that stuff unless I have to and i'm working on a way to get around them. I have adjustable front sway bar bushing brackets which allow me to slide the bar front to back on the frame. Going to mess with them next week and see if I can position the bar properly and remove the drop brackets. Pictures will follow in this thread if it works out.

Found that with the recent cold weather, the small rock chip I picked up on our Christmas trip had turned into a full crack, half the length of the windshield.

Last weekend, i completely disassembled the front suspension, during the week, i had the bushings replaced in the LCA's and swapped out to the Delta Joints in the UCA's. This morning, tacked and and then welded up the Total Chaos cam tabs and started assembling everything. Unfortunately got called away for dinner before I wrapped up. Tomorrow, will finish and put away all the tools. Time for a cold beer and laying flat on the ground.

Had fun at Mt. Hood today playing in the snow! Also I installed a Daystar 2.5" front 1.5" rear leveling kit two weeks ago so I could clear these 275/70r17s. Now I'm kinda tempted to do an actual lift kit though haha

Very Nice! My 4R likes to play in the snow too
Wish I had the budget for 285/70 BFG KO2s but i had to settle for AT3Ws which have been excellent so far.
