Applied sound deadening.

Dang this was an effective mod. Doors on my '15 now sound like Bentley doors when they are closed, not tin cans. Amazing. And the sound of the audio system is so much more "robust sounding", what a bonus.
I used KnuKonceptz Kno Knoise Kolossus Sound Deadener on all the door panels, rear quarter panels, and rear hatch. I haven't had a chance to test drive for highway noise but I am betting it will be much quieter with much less road noise.

Come-along winch

No I wasn’t prepared at all. Got a little too enthusiastic....and it was just that one small section too. [emoji19]. The rest of the surroundings were solid. Water drainage from rain a couple days prior. I need a winch and a bumper soon....among other things. I just bought the 4R 6 weeks ago so it’ll be a slow build process.

The steel bumper and winch can be a $3000+ investment. You could have winched yourself out with a good come-along hand winch from American Power Pull or Wyeth Scott. They both have about 3000 pounds of pulling power. With a strap to one of those trees you'd be out.

I carry a couple of bags with straps and a another big tool bag with the winch when I'm out 4 wheeling on my own. Here's a link to recovery gear you can carry.

...Not trying to be negative here...but doesn't look like ya had anything to attach a winch-line to there even if ya had one?...:shrug:

Well over the past two days I got my RAGO panels painted and installled. They came packaged very nicely! 1st I wiped down the raw steel panels with acetone. Then painted with 3 coats of Rustoleum Hammered Silver paint. Let dry over night and then some. I used rubber lined clamps at top attachment point as opposed to D-rings as posted by Rago. Picked them up at local Lowe's. Also used Quick Fist clamps. Had to drill out rubber clamps to accommodate 1/4" screws. On the back of clamps I used nylon stop nuts. Started to play around with what I wanted to mount. I'm sure this will change over time. Moving the clamps is no big deal. VERY happy with purchase.View attachment 286691

How do you like that OEM Plus system? I’m happy with the sound of the stock setup but it doesn’t get any where near loud enough when driving with the windows open.

Sharing is good therapy.

PS - Looks like you used the driver's-side front tie down a recovery point and it worked well for ya. Lots of debate whether its safe using those tie downs as a recovery point. If you need to use them again, you may want to purchase bridle and hook to both tie downs next time.

Got the Sprint Booster in last night and installed it. Took the long way to work this morning. Still not completely sold on it. Have a one hour trip tomorrow on the highway through some hills, so I'll see if it's worth the money or not. Throttle response has definitely increased, but still can't say I'm 100% sold on the idea yet.

Alignment that turned out to be useless because I saw that I need to replace one of my uniballs on my lower arm and also have a bent inner tie rod.

I think he's saying if he had the winch himself, there isn't much around him that he could have winched to if he was solo.

What bracket did you go with for the lightbar? From what I found Apex only has one for the upper grill.
