Tablet mount

Looks great! I'm fine tuning my setup (magnets and a tablet stand) to do the same thing. I just ran into a snag, when I wear my polarized sunglasses, the tablet screen is all black.
What hardware are you using to hold up your tablet?

Got my tablet mounted, it fits there perfectly and almost looks factory, have it bluetoothed.

It's the Amazon Fire 8HD... It fits perfectly in that notch.

I ended up using 8 bungees which is a little ridiculous, but it doesn’t obscure the rear view and packs a ton. I am going to see if weaving paracord on just the 4 sides and diagonally works as well or better.

Let us know if you figure it out.

That is a fantastic idea! I may run some 550 cord along it diagonally and see if that helps hold. Thanks!

Ahh driving glasses. Try rotating the tablet 180 degrees and see if the issue persists. Also adjusting the angle may help. Good luck.

Him-hawed back and forth on taking our new 4Runner on some trails on our CO vacation coming up or just renting a J...another vehicle. I've never had anything beyond P-rated A/T tires on past vehicles and was/am concerned about ride quality, etc. Decided life is too short, we bought this 4Runner to build memories together, so let's do it. Ride isn't bad so far, if you've had a bad experience with them, don't tell me please. Seriously. Haha. Falken Rubitrek stock size LT-E. The real owner of the 4Runner likes them because she says they're "nice and aggressive". If momma's happy and all that. If we find they're over the top for the 4Runner, my truck will be due for tires before long.

New Lift, Wheels and Tires!!!

I finally pulled the trigger and got the Lift, wheels and tires!

The tires are the Cooper STT pro in 285/70/17

The Wheels are the Method Roost in Bronze

The Lift is a 3" Old Man Emu Nitrocharger with toytec spacers in the front to make it level and also added SPC Upper Control Arms. New shocks and springs all around with this lift thanks to Will at Sierra Expeditions in Mesa, AZ.

What do you guys think?

I'm in love with it and I cant stop smiling whenever I look at it. haha. Here are some photos below, I will definitely get some better photos when I can

I've tightened my straps at much as I could, but the middle still sags. It is netting and will sag with weight.

I tightened it up and reorganized and it is significantly higher now. You mind posting a pic of yours?

I like the way that looks there! I've been looking at the ZTE Trek 2. Very similar in size to this and the Fire 8 HD that [MENTION=216230]Vongoldie[/MENTION] is using. Nice setups, gents; I'm inspired to get something rigged up now!

Is it pretty stable? Just speaking from experience, I was rear ended last summer in my SR5 and stuff flew everywhere. I had phones mounted on vent magnets and took me 20 minutes to find them. Pretty crazy how everything turns into a projectile.

Great action photo, best of both worlds, T4 part way and the R/C Buggy for the things you don't want to do to your T4. I'm still running a Traxxas T-Maxx as my second 4x4.
