If he can get alignment within spec, there is no reason to swap them out.

I agree however anything over 2" and you will not get in spec. Yes of course an alignment can be done but you will not get that 4 ish decree caster that is desired. One of the reasons I went from a 3" lift down to a roughly 1.5" lift and I still clear a 295/70/17 Ridge Grappler. Ended up going with another tire because I was not happy with the RG at all but that's besides the point. I will eventually go back up to a 295 rather than a 285 because it looked so much better.

What panel did you use? I assume you bought pre terminated relay plugs and just used those wires to pin out the new block?

What we did to our 4runner, well we took delivery of a brand new 2019 TRD Trail.

Girls still need to be use to the luxury of they own window.

Brand new for us to Toyota, coming from a Wrangler and always own GMC's.

That is correct. I just slid the wires out of the harnesses that came with the relays and slipped them into the new box.

The relays have a tab on them for hard mounting, I just broke it off. When I have all of the pigtails wired up to the fuses and such, I am going to fill in the bottom with silicone to insure a good waterproof box. I am also going th o-ring the top and bottom of the box. This will require me making a 1.5mm grove all the way around it for the o-ring to sit in. It is a pita, but for less than $30 all said and done, you really can't beat it. Honestly, that may be a bit overboard, but I just like my electronics to stay nice and dry. I'll make a jig with 2x4 pieces of wood and sandwich the box inside of it. Then with the dremel fixed on a mount I will set it and slid the box through making a perfect grove all the way around.

Yesterday I installed Bilstein 5100's at 0.85 with the help of my father in law. Definitely the biggest job I've attempted, but with all the help on line it was very doable. Mechanics are crazy expensive around here so saved myself $700.

Love the ride. It has more road feel so it doesn't cruise quite as comfortably, but it corners much much much better and there's a lot less nose dive when braking.

However, I forgot to check how high the headlight cut off was before I installed the new shocks. Anyone know how I should go about determining how much I need to lower the headlights? It can't be much, but I hate it when I get blasted by someone elses headlights after they lift so I don't want to be that guy.

New tires are going on next weekend, I'm going to go with stock size Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT in load range C.

added ddm saber led's 50w to high, low and fogs. I must say they are a huge improvement over my others (super bright led's). they cast farther by a lot, and go much wider. they also project better on the road. there is now a straight line where they project. pictures to follow later this week

Its just temporary. I got a killer cyber monday deal on these COs and for just a level lift (I have the kings on the lowest setting) its enough for my needs right now. I'll upgrade them eventually

Finally got rid of my N-fab nerf bars and fabbed up and installed some real sliders. I'm happy with the way they came out. The wife though, not so happy with how big a step it is to get in the rig now. Oh well.
