Hey guys, Thanks. I purchased my Pro in early September last year. I noticed fine scratches all over the car and found out from my local detailer that this is common due to poor prep and washing by the dealers. Todays clear coats and paint are much softer water based, eco-friendly types, than years past. My 2001 black 4Runner had a much tougher clear and better paint and polished up great even after 17 years. So, I found a Ceramic Pro detailer and they did the color correction and polishing prior to applying the 5 year silver edition plan. It was discounted from $1700 to $1299 when I had it done in October. I demanded some money back from the dealership and they sent me a check for $500. The color and paint correction is the key, especially on dark colors. It was in the shop for 4 days. New buyers of any cars should check the quality of the paint prior to taking it off the lot. Time will tell if this is worth it. So far, absolutely. BTW, they did all the wheels, windshield and all the plastic parts. Everything except the side windows.
