Installed JBA and bilstein ORP suspensions. Lifted the it about 2 inch up front and a little over an inch at the rears.

What year is your 4R? Adding the Pro shocks to the back doesn't offer any lift at all and adding the Pro coil overs up front should provide about .75" of lift. To get lift out of shocks is impossible and if you got 2" up front your OEM shocks must have been completely wasted. Can you provide center hub to fender measurements front and rear?

But your best bet of reaching him is via messaging him on Facebook. Also the hi-lift mount is not something he offers; I welded that onto the carrier myself.

Stupid question but I do tow 4K+ lbs trailer so even tho this still has a female receiver, it won’t tow that much.
Would you try to remove this carrier with the tire attached to tow or would you take the tire off then take the carrier off?

2011 with 95000 miles. Added the wt of 57 or 60 lbs extra battery, sliders and skids plates. At stock, they were at 19 1/4 fronts. After switch, its at 21 1/2. Maybe my shocks were done who knows.

Though not specific to my 4runner, I made this setup to air all four tires up/down simultaneously. 15 psi takes about a minute. I made it long enough to use on Wifes Ram 2500 crew cab long bed.
Then I went rock crawling behind the corral.

I havent tried towing anything yet, but for a 4k lbs trailer, I would definitely remove the carrier and use the OEM hitch receiver. Honestly, the only thing I'd probably use the built in hitch on the carrier is for something like a bike rack.
It doesnt take long at all to remove the Detours carrier. Remove the spare wheel (unless you're a beast and can carry both the wheel and carrier simultaneously), undo the wedge lock bolt, remove hitch lock (if you have one, which you should), then just pull it off.
Been working on this a couple of weekends now.
Sleep platform and Drawer system inspired by Wanderlost Overland (using Marks plate design), Solidwoodworx.com, and about 1/5th the price of Goose Gear. And a lot stronger in my opinion.
Marks measurements were spot on. Really appreciate that video. It was the basis for this build.
Rear 60% seat bottom removed. Practically tool less install of sleep platform (only need 14mm socket to remove seat bottom). "Bed" is 32" by 80".
Putting finishing touches on drawers, and trying to decide what finish to apply to the top at the moment. Will post pics of finished product when complete.
By the way. Sorry for image being sideways. Anybody know how I can rotate it?

I'm guessing $60-70.
I still have 50 feet of airline over. I bought a 100 ft hose from Harbor Freight.
Now I need to buy another compressor or steal mine back from my Wife.

Ram phone mount with female ball adapter. Drilled a small hole and used a bolt to secure it in place.

Might have to do this. Really like the location. No where to set these giant phones in the vehicle and I don't want to block a vent in AZ during summer or mount one to my windshield.
