Bumper cut is everything! Haven't done it on the 5th gen yet but on my 4th gen it is too clean.

One shouldn't assume things. I've had (3) 4runners in the last 12 months. I've run the morimoto fogs, oem chrome, oem black and 2 weeks ago put in the Lexus oem fogs. Don't question what I know about fog light install. I read all the posts, watched countless videos. I've had the bumper off several times because of the shitty Morimoto XB headlights and also know exactly how long it takes to pull a bumper. I also know each time you pull the oem bumper your stand a chance to break the tabs close to the wheel wells. To hard to lay on the ground. Can't help you with that one but I put a moving blanket down and was quite comfortable. Put your lights in the way you see fit but please don't call bull shit without doing research.

And here's a pic, remove the 2 - 10mm bolts pictured flip the liner back and your 90% done. turn the 2 Phillips screws on the fogs and remove. Does not get any easier. The drivers side is wide open, nothing to remove except the fog

The black oem and Lexus oem light output is very close with no noticed difference. The only difference I saw was the Lexus is a better build quality, thicker lens, heavier materials in general. That said I paid 40 bucks more for the Lexus but since the light is the same, if I had to do it over again I would buy the oem pro lights. haven't tried the Tundra so cant comment. I do read great things about the rigid set but the cost is up there

I just did the blacked out Tundra fogs and I like them. Way brighter than the stock halogen. Only downside is that, since they are LED, they are super white - probably between 5000-6000k. I put yellow Laminex over them to tone them down.

Heres comparison - Lexus won't work if you want blackout look but I'm not going that route with mine.

Mostly happy with the finish, not quite symmetric so some gaps between the stage 2 and the remaining bumper on one side. Some unpleasant moving of rigid hoses around the radiator was required and some exposed washer bottle wiring I need to do something with. Overall 8/10 for the Bumper, 7/10 for the Stage 2 how it turned out here.

ARB twin compressor installed. Pain in the ass to get it to fit in this space, but it's close to the battery.

-Greased the u-joints
-Replaced some trim clips
-Prettied up the headlights with a 3m headlight restore kit
-Swapped out the PCV valve (damn it was nasty!

That's my only gripe with the Pro LEDs... while really bright, they are also too white.I wish there was a 3500-4000k option.
