I’m removing my roof rails to get powder coated. Is there any risk of damage by driving around a few days without the hardware installed? Basically the bolt cavities will be exposed

I'd at least thread the bolts back into it so that the nuts don't rattle loose and fall into the headliner.

Drove the 4R for the first time in over three weeks. Thought I would go and take advantage of low gas prices...well apparently I filled up on my way home the last time I went to work, so had a full tank. Instead took my toddlers around to show them their elementary, middle & high schools. Gave Momma 45 minutes of quiet time.

I like it, but I may be biased as I thought about incorporating that same blue as the 3rd color to my 4R.

I hear ya on that. I too wasn't sold after i had them on for about 20 mins. So removed them and mounted them down under...I think this is much better.

Moved the usb port from the center console to the blank spot in the glovebox since it always has a usb drive for my music sticking out, then temporarily put the blank frm the glovebox in the dash for now til a replacemnt usb port comes in to use as a phone charger.
Followed one of the many how to threads on here.
