I used chemical guys diablo wheel gel along with a few magic erasers. scrubbed them down rinsed and then hit them with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth.

Nothing huge. Just cosmetic shit. Originally, I have the 2 front horizontal bits of the bumper professionally vinyl wrapped in a matte black but didn't get it wrapped in PPF so it started chipping. Doesn't matter anyway cause the wrap started peeling in the corners. It's been painful to schedule back with the shop to get it fixed so I tried my hand at plastidip. I've done bits of my motorcycle before but never tried to make clean lines.
When I first pulled the masking tape off, the plastidip had dried so it peeled the edges away and looked ****ing nasty. I tried to clean it up with paint thinner but that could only help so much.

Instead of masking and respraying the edges and pulling the mask off while the pastidip was still wet/fresh, I masked on top of the pastidip and then clean up the edges with paint thinner. It's not perfect but it's good enough for me. I'll clean it up some more down the road, but for now, the paint is protected -8 layers of dip.

I hear ya on that. I too wasn't sold after i had them on for about 20 mins. So removed them and mounted them down under...I think this is much better.

Added some pre lift requirements for the wifey to strap our 3 week old daughter in. Hopefully she won’t notice she’s going to have to lift her leg up 2.5” higher to hop in.

I've said this so much that I just keep copy and pasting it, but here goes:
I wouldn't recommend LED drop-in bulbs. Though they are brighter than halogen bulbs, their construction won't allow the opposing chipsets to exist on a thin enough plane to properly replicate a halogen filament. A halogen housing depends on this TINY point of light in order to focus and project light far into the distance, but LED bulbs cannot exist in a small enough area yet.
What ultimately ends up happening is that you get a noticeable increase in foreground lighting, but your focus (and therefore distance projection) is considerably diminished. The first 40-50 feet in front of your car gets brighter, but then tapers off dangerously (you need distance projection to see far ahead at freeway speeds). This is the trade-off when trying to adapt LED bulbs into halogen housings.
I recommend the H9 and 9011 halogen upgrade. Easy to do and you can get both sets of bulbs from any auto parts store for less than $35 total, and it nearly doubles your stock output while still retaining distance projection.

Blacked out the roof rails/end caps and built some DIY crossbars. I want to give her a wash, is there any added risk water will seep through the roof after removing and reattaching the roof rails?

I have never worked in professional detailing, just did a lot of research in the last ten years and have been detailing my own cars! So its pretty much priceless with the amount of work I put into it haha.
I got the handles on cartrim (chinese website). They have been on for about a year and they are awesome, just double sided tape.

Nice! I’m thinking of doing the same but would probably do the whole chrome piece. Did you use plasti-dip?
Also, separate question: are you running spacers? (wheel adapters)

Yes Plasti dip
No spacers - It's a 9" wheel with -12 offset so they stick out pretty similar to running spidertrax on the stock limited wheels

Finally installed the Ultimate Camping Mod. Didn't take many pictures and didn't get to actually mounting the switches yet so I just have them hanging in the jack area. Works perfectly! Able to roll window down and unlock the rear hatch when we are sleeping back there.
