Honestly I prefer Discount Tire, excellent service every time I go. They will match Walmart’s awesome price on those stock sized Falkens.

I used Discount Tire (DT) for the first time ever this week for new tires for my wife's Q5 and my 4Runner.

I was impressed that they actually hand torqued the lug bolts (Q5) and lug nuts (4R) in the correct sequence.

Plus I have a DT about 2 miles from my house.

I wonder if their free 5K-8K tire rotation service will include winter/summer swaps as that "rotation service".

I didn’t initially want black paint. Instead I favored silver or white over black wheels but I’m really happy with the way everything turned out.

I installed an ARB awning on Rago Fabrication mounts on my factory roof rail. It’s a tight fit to work in and definitely glad I had ratcheting wrenches. Unfortunately it’ll be a permanent mount until I get an actual roof rack.

Was able to complete a few tasks during quarantine.

1. Transmission cooler
2. New non crappy light bar behind grill and made it so it turns on with high beams instead of a switch
3. Repainted all my plastidip spots
4. Welded together a spare tire holder using the hitch. Decided I hated it so put it in storage to probably never be seen again

Be careful that it's not touching the body. I ran an ARB with the rago mounts and it sat too tight with the body and scratched it up. Also if it's touching, rocks and dirt will get trapped between the awning and the body.

Nice. You guys need to get down to Little River Canyon next. Not far South from Chat town. PC is on our list to hit this summer once camping opens back up. Georgia Traverse is as well.

You call little dirt on tires and rocker panels "dirty"? I call it clean unless it's dirty above "waterline" (lower part of doors). Awesome color and nice ride.

Nice, I haven't driven up to the falls in awhile. I've gone up North Fork a couple of times over the last few week though.

Yeah, I’m not thrilled with how it sits on there. It’s not touching but it’s a very tight gap.
