....Anyway...Using Google-Earth, I look for new and interesting offroads to explore with the intent of gettin good Nature photos....

Just went to my trailer storage to get my holiday trailer... to my surprise with my shrockworks rear bumper, I cannot get latched into my trailer. The tires completely in the way even I’m the highest position..

Stuck buying a 6” longer shank on my WD hitch... that or remove an almost 85lb rim/tire combo every time and mount on the rear bumper of my trailer every time.....:gun6:

Hello everyone! New member, first time poster. I have a 2013 SR5 and i'm gonna need some new wheels and tires here shortly. I was looking at some 20" fuel wheels. Looking for suggestions. Is that size too big? I don't off road, it's just our family vehicle, but i want it to look good. Thanks in advance.

Not too big, Limited editions come stock with 20" wheels. I down sized to 17" so that I can utilize a thicker sidewall tire. My ride was pretty bad with the stock 20's tire size, I would suggest you get 17" or 18" unless you don't care about the ride quality!

Lessons learn from my 2nd Row Project.

Found out the 2nd row (folding ... Trail Premium and TRD Pro ) head rest does not fit in 2nd row (sliding ... SR5 and Limited w/ 3rd Row).

I've been awake for 24hrs and called it quits... Before I start stripping and breaking shit.

FINALLY got my old (since 2009) specialty plate on the new Runner. With everything shut down by COVID, the temp tag had expired some time ago. Huge, I know.

Springtime In The Rockies-Part-2

...Howdy Again!...:cowboy:

...As the title hints....Spring has dun come on back to the Rockies....so I am revisiting many of my old haunts to check out what is new and/or different...

...I try to get down to 3-Dollar-Bridge on average 4-5 times a year...as the road leading to it off the main road gets closed down for the winter season...only opening up from April-15 to Dec-1st....and there are a lot of ranches back there some 5 to 10 miles in....so how do they get out to the main road during winter?...:shrug:


...I'll show ya one way in the pics....but also...meet some of the critters I've been fortunate enuff to get pics of lately as well....:thumb3:



Pic-01:...3-Dollar-Bridge in Spring.....THIS is an Amazing site...set aside for trout-fishing!...:fishing:

Pic-02:...THIS is one of the vehicles ya gotta use to get to the main road in winter...these ranchers leave their main vehicles parked at the main road, and drive sumthin like this to it....( SOooo...guess there ain't NO pizza-deliveries?! )...:help:

Pic-04:...some new arrivals this spring....some lovely fawns...

Pic-05:...could this be a redneck hayseed deer?...:noidea:

Figured out how to run my own speaker wires to the rear doors using the factory connector inside the grommet. No snaking wire through taped up looms and grommets.

You have to have a multimeter to find out which wires on the door side of the connector map to the speaker connector.

Then you have to find the corresponding wires on the cab side of the connector and release the terminals.

Then get the same terminals and crimp them to your own speaker wire.

Main benefit: this isolates the rear and hatch speakers from the series wiring, so you can run rears and hatch speakers they way you want with plenty more options and choices.

Hatch: Ran my own wire to the hatch speakers as well. Had to snake through the grommet there.

Sub: Had a custom ring spacer/adapter made to mount the JL Audio sub to the factory enclosure.
