ran Cold Water Canyon 3N06A in Lytle Creek and laid my eyes one of the best camping spots in the whole area. Luckily its alittle rutted to get up there. Went up with a guy from Temecula in his hooked up GX470...

ps. disclaimer... We ran the harder lines just to push the rigs.

i think this is my answer

After relocating the factory USB/Aux to the glovebox, this was just plug and play. It plugs in between the supply wiring to the cigarette lighter and the lighter itself, then just put it in the factory opening previously occupied by the USB/Aux. It also has an inline fuse for added protection.

I'm not sure the pigtail wiring would be long enough to reach. You may have to cut and splice some wire to get that done. It's really set up to just jump into the spot next to the cigarette lighter, so the harness is rather short.

ok thanks, i can do that. ive been wanting power in the glove box since i got it, but want to keep my usb in the center for my drive of music. i want to use the glove box for charging camera and phone while fishing.

Such a great place!! 5 days after I bought my Pro I headed to Moab. It was supposed to be in my Rubicon, but death wobble made me change course, but I didn't want to miss that trip. Can't wait to go back.

I finally got around to relocating my rear camera. Using the instructions from Victory 4x4 but using the C4 relocation kit. I modified it to my liking. Just need to hook up with a welder to fabricate real bracket for the camera...

It's nice to see a different approach. I've been holding off relocating our camera, and installing our rear ladder. Both require pulling the panel on the back hatch, so figure I'd do them both at the same time.

There are things about the Victory harness, and mounting point solution I don't like. That's also slowing me down while I consider how to work around those issues.

• I'd rather wire up from the original connector inside the hatch, with a longer run of wires, than cut and splice the wires in the headliner.
• I want an easy way of detaching the license plate holder (with light & camera) for those instances where the spare tire needs to come off. (You know, in the middle of the night while it is cold and raining...)

I'm not sure I'll go with the attachment point you selected, but it does give me one other option to consider. One that certainly helps solve point 2 above.

The rehatch panel removal is cake. Especially for someone like me who have a tendency to break clips.

The hardest part for me was to 1) to get the damn camera out of the factory location. 2) fishing the wiring ( the C4 way ) up the passenger side rear hatch. So much soo I gave up and used the victory4x4 way.

And cut and spliced on the rear hatch and just ran the wire up to the roof. Which is my original location; I chose to put the rear view camera. But with the GOBI rack placement. Half of the screen was rear wing.

So I made adjustments and place it on the GOBI Ladder where you wouldn't be able to hit it with your foot.

I got the idea when I was shopping for a Trailer. All their rear view cameras are up high; instead of low like we have them. This was I have a full view of people behind me and the obstacles behind the rig when I back it up mid trail.

You can find the connectors to make your harness, I made my own so I didn't have to cut up the original one.

Nice! What height setting are you on the front? I really like that rake! I have a very similar setup coming except with Eibach 1" springs in the rear.
