What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

CollinJ, did you get some extra negative camber or bumper chop makes it look like that?

I think it’s a combination of the chop and my driveway that makes it look that was actually. I don’t have the alignment specs after the lift was done but I’m not too worried as the shop is very good so I’m sure it’s fine.

I’m planning to take it in to get another alignment/check this weekend at a Goodyear as they offer a 2 year alignment deal.

From where the bumper meets the fender it’s 2.5” down and then 2-2.25” down from the diagonal under the fog light at the furthest point towards the middle of that makes sense?

It’s really just coming off that 2.5” point and trying to match the angle of that flog light indent.

What color did you get? All the windows?
Black sounds nice but I fear how much it will help with heat.
The price was unexpected. But I thought about getting the rear windows and have them in all the time behind the modular storage panels.

I got black.
Just the cargo area (rear quarters and lift gate).
I keep them in all the time, my windows are tinted and you can't tell these are inplace when installed. I remove the lift gate one when I am doing any more that 5 mins of driving.
They are spendy but handmade and local to me, I didn't mind spending it on quality, and they are quality.

Cleaned and sealed these damn wheels inside and out. Damn, cuz man they can be a pain to clean, but also damn they look good when done! Dr. Beasley's matte wheel cleaner and sealer.

Getting ready for the winter - Woolwaxed my 4runner and my wife's Forester Friday and yesterday. Also flushed brake fluid. No pictures cause it was a greasy mess lol.

Next is a good cleaning and ceramic coat.

peanut butter. smear on a thick glob, and let it set over night. the oils dissolve the goo and it just wipes off. and it wont run all over the place.

Mono Basin was really smoky in the AM. Couldn’t see the lake from the overlook. Mammoth lakes was bad and only got worse as the day went on. Nothing was open, even Minarets overlook was taped off.
A ranger told us they were expecting to open on the 21st but it wasn’t a sure thing.
I’m lucky that I work 3 miles from home. 95% of my miles are road trips, camping, etc.

installed rear kings with the clickers, also welded up the total chaos bump mounts and added the king threaded body hydraulic bump stops. asz end squish squish is PLUSH now.
