What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Picked up a ping pong table from Costco wed night for $299. The damn thing was so big it would not fit in the back and I had to mount it to my LFD rack and ratchet strap it down.

Then decided to go play in the dirt and did the Pioneertown to Big Bear trail. The trail was basic but there was a play area that I had to have some fun in!!!

Yup -38. 285/70/17. Been rubbing like crazy till today. Still more cutting and hammering to do. At this point it’s a never ending project. Definitely looks better. Hopefully the aggressive offset will help push the body away from obstacles. Should definitely add some stability.

Added a Sub-Woofer and amp for little more bass, purchased the OE JBL sub from [MENTION=340494]uh0h50[/MENTION] a while back and final took sometime to put it in.....also my 1st attempt at sound deadening

The more time I spend on this forum the more I have realized that I need to expand my tool collection and step out of my comfort zone to learn how to do my own vehicle servicing. I don't want anyone else touching my rig. :nod:

So today I went shopping to pick up some last minute blackfriday sales at Harbor Freight and some local auto shops.

Although I still have a few more things I know I'll need (torque wrenches!) here is today's haul:

You get around like Speedy Kevin. Do you guys know one another? Same color 4Runners too. Love ping pong. Another reason I went with the LFD crossbars is that they sit above the rails a little so an oversized load is not constrained by the rails or resting on them.

I do not think I know Speedy Kevin but maybe we should all get together for a wheeling day!!!

I played table games since I was a small lad and that love has continued into adulthood. So happy I own one of these now.......until my kids get good enough to kick my ass

Maybe if I had my new Dobinson springs installed HAHAHA! That thing was f ing heavy!!! Took 3 of us to get it up there!

What are you caster numbers? IF you have more adjustment, use it. More caster will improve steering response and move your tires forward away from the body mount. I run 295s without a BMC and no rubbing.

Me and a few other buddies are in the middle of planning a 3 day trip through the Mojave the weekend before xmas. The more the merrier.

Made a few trips to the preserve when we were in SoCal. Parts of the Mojave Road cross it. If we were still in SoCal I would join. Explored Macedonia Canyon, Lava Tube, Cinder mine, Bert's Cabin, Kelso Depot and Hole in the Wall areas. Our camping days are behind us, stayed at a Primm, Nevada Casino.

Photos coming up from the east side on Hwy 95 in Nevada. The sign said No Shooting. Stopped at the Penny Can.
