Nope, just what plywood I had laying around. I will say, I think I like it better than one big piece though, its definitely easier to maneuver and store in the garage.

I just picked up my 4Runner on Saturday, a 2021 Venture model, this is my first Toyota. Being able to sleep in the back was a must for me. Whether its a bonzai weekend hunting trip, or a late friday night drive to a trailhead for a early Sat. morning hike or trail run, I had to be able to sleep in the thing. I got the truck home Saturday night, and a trip to Home Depot and about 40 bucks later, I have as removable sleeping platform thats perfectly flat. I might do something a little nicer down the road, but this will work great. I also threw some BFGs on it this morning as well. I love the look they added, and my last set of BFGs on my Xterra were great for the stuff I do here in Colorado and Wyoming.

Looks good! Question about BFG KO2's you put on in place of stock. What size did you go with? Factory or did you size up? Thank you!

Installed Dobinson's UCAs, can already feel the difference in steering, control, and ride. Went ahead and purchased a set of 275/70/17 Wildpeak AT3s in 10 ply. Wanted 285 but just don't feel like cutting up the bumper to make them fit with my -10 offset wheels.

I am not that organized! LOL . It's 3/4" plywood, wrapped in some outdoor carpet. For the bottom, I just cut some 2x4's into blocks and screwed them to the bottom with wood screws. I realized that a 2x4 on its side (making it 2" thick") is just the right height combined with the plywood, to make a perfectly flat surface.

No issues at all. I did notice the Costco website did that to me too. Maybe because they are C rated tires? I do a lot of miles on Wyoming/Montana/Colorado backcountry dirt roads and I wanted the thicker ply tires. I actually ran 10ply E rated tires on my Xterra.

4.56 and ARB front lockers installed. 4runner feels alive again. Will have to find time next week to wire up and connect air to the lockers.

Just curious how hard this was to do? Did you have a shop do it for you? If so, what is a fair price for re-gearing? Likely upgrading to 34s or 35s later this year.
