What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I've been kicking this around for a while now. Can you send a picture from the side and a picture kinda looking into the wheel well? Curious how much of the "guts" are exposed. My concern is that without the actual high clearance kit, too much in there is exposed.

just drove it to work and to the doctors today. I just bought the 4r like last week. I notice when i press on the brakes lightly, it pushes some air (some air coming out or in?) before I actually depress the peddle for braking. Is that normal?

Yup, that is completely normal!

Took out the rear sliding deck to put in a platform. Probably will put down some sound deadening being I don't have the stock flat carpet that comes in the non-deck 4Runners.

Yea. I actually prefer this grill (blacked out) to the Pro Grill

When I tried to explain this to the salesman he replied, "But it's an AGM battery, they don't leak." I'm pretty sure this is proof that they can. Thankfully under warranty, swapped back to a traditional flooded type and got store credit for the difference. Still troubleshooting the Christmas tree of a dashboard that might be a wheel speed sensor or wire. Also going to have the alternator checked tomorrow after work just to be sure.

Just dipping my toes in here. Installed the glove box organizer and the center console tray. The all weather cargo area liner just arrived too.

The blacked out emblems are on their way as is the cargo cover.

Mentioned in my into post as well....last weekend built a front flag mount that mounts to the Treaty Oak front recover point.

Live in Michigan and Silver Lake requires a front flag mount.

Itching to post the 'build thread' once I can post pics.

As a follow up to that horrible accident in Texas, I saw these and thought I'd put them here. It seems there were two FJ,s in this nightmare. They look almost totally crushed but the drivers walked away from both. Amazing.
