Took off the dealer temp registration sticker since we got our license plates. Also cleaned the windshield and dash.

After swapping out my factory head unit which had a RAM Mount drilled in, I needed a new mount for the phone. Went with Scoche this time, really solid mag hold on it. Sits same place as the RAM, does not interfere with steering wheel or block dash vision.

Nice!!! DV is on our list to get to soon. Perhaps Furnace Creek for our first time(?). Don’t know. Still haven’t perused enough to make up my mind. Would also like to get to NV too and get some other items on my list checked off. We drove thru about 7 years ago, but never camped there.

That looks like a lot more than a 1.75/1" lift. What are your center of hub to the top of the fender arch's measurements front and rear?

I need to try this one. Is it an adhesive base?

The function and fit was way overlooked.

Not saying any of us should have to do this after buying a cargo mat, but I resolved the same issue by placing some sandbags used for film on the two sides. I left them there overnight if I recall. Ever since it settled down nicely and I've enjoyed the added protection.

But I totally agree. Very odd to see such poor fitment considering the front and backseats are great.

Drove into the Santa Cruz mtns yesterday for a hike. The twisty and hilly Rt 9 and Rt 35 (Skyline Blvd) out of Saratoga are weekend raceways for young bozos in small sporty cars, chasing each other and getting into frequent wrecks. With the covid shutdown every day is a weekend now. I see crashes and near misses almost every time I drive there.
On the way back home I saw this spectacle.

wish i only had 9k on mine! i'm around 43k, not even 3 years since i bought it.i guess that's what happens with a daliy driver

Finally washed it and yesterday noticed I broke 9,000 miles. Not bad for just over 2 years! At this rate the thing will last 50 years easy!

I did a total clean of the Nautical blue Limited. This included washing the front floor mats. Wow, was the water black. It's a 2019 with less than 4k miles. I didn't think they were that dirty.

I also put my leathermasters leather vital and protection barrier on the seats. That stuff is magic. No ink stain or anything. The redwood still looks new. My wife is rough on vehicles.

I also cleaned the mats on the 2018 sr5 with about 13k miles. They have never been done. The drivers mat was atrocious.

We have a rug doctor spot pet carpet cleaner. It works great. I have 13 indoor cats so it's been tested.

Went to Freels Good Performance to have my Metaltech4x4 sliders repaired and welded to the frame

I had bent my mounting plates. I just went ahead and had them weld news ones and welded onto the frame
