Finished building wire harness for Backup/Front camera controller. No wire taping, 100% plug-in.
In preparation for wiring front camera traced route through firewall 15mm hole on the driver side covered with a rubber plug.

I’m looking into getting a 4WD 5th Gen so I sold my 2016 SR5 Premium 2WD with 55K. A little sad because she was a great vehicle.

I already found a replacement and hope to pick her up this weekend.

It’s crazy how it was sold for $4K less than what I paid 2 years ago. The market inflation is nuts!

Try this, it worked for me. I had a bad clunk after doing my suspension upgrade.

Put truck on jack stands so all 4 tires are in full droop.
Release the KDSS shutter valves (no more than 2 1/2 turns)
Lower truck to ground
Jack up the front KDSS piston (how high is just depending on your comfort level) Just do it slowly and go as high as you can.
Rock the truck back and forth from side to side vigorously for a full minute
Close the shutter valves
Release the jack from the KDSS piston

Reply back to us and let us know if that worked. I am the only one I know of that has tried that and it did work for me. But only 1 data point is not enough to say this is the fix for the KDSS clunk.

I did something similar to this to try and level it. At this point im removing kdss all together but indont think this is the source of my noise.

Finally got this installed today.

Still chasing clunk noise I removed mid skid thats been beat all to shit!! While removing it one of the front bolt heads broke off [emoji2363] i went and bought left handed drill bit and tried drilling it stopping, starting, spraying lube etc. the bit broke!! I went and bought an extractor and still had no luck. Worst of all, the clunk was still there with skid removed [emoji2363]. I bent the mid skid back hitting it with a hammer, for a while!! Its clear this guy takes the brunt if the abuse, then I put it back on with three bolts that are still ok at best. I went to local parts store to find bolts and bought some that didnt work that great. Moab is great unless you need Toyota parts!!

Looks like a "glossy snake" (Arizona elegens)=Non-venomous and sort of a shiny gopher or bull snake. Eats lizards and mice. That one is good sized (record is 5') and lost a couple of inches off his tail=likely a hawk but maybe a coyote.
