Easy peasy. The fronts require a little more effort, with the pins and retainer springs. The rears are just 2 bolts each and pop in new pads/clips - probably less than a half hour to do both.
What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

debating if I want to change them or not, dealer quote $140 per axle which isnt horrible. Time is limited with a new born coming this week

You can do the pads yourself for 1/3 of that price - right around $50 per axle. If you've done brake pads before, it should take about an hour (assuming you have a floor jack and aren't cranking on the emergency bottle jack). There are a few videos on the internet on how to do it.

in il we have salty roads so rust was bad on the pad pins so be ready to have replacements on hand so pads move freely
Yes I've changed brakes before , time is extremely limited watching 2 kids and one coming this week plus house remodeling projects. Think Ill just go ahead and pay this time and next time around do pads and rotors at all 90-100k miles.

Installed the Iceco VL60 ProS.
IMO, it’s a perfect fit and straps down nicely to use the OEM sliding cargo tray as a fridge slide. I have added hard mounts to the slide frame as the actual slide itself is hard foam.
The fit is such that the rear seat still reclines. Any bigger would be too big for my purposes.

I see you are using the RedLine MT-LV in your transfer case, Have you used it in there before? I was wondering if it would work without damaging it.
I just ordered their 75-85 for my diffs and have always used Redline in my other cars.

Did a little maintenance this weekend. Engine oil, transfer case oil, lubed the driveshafts, and replaced the rear brake pads. I had just done pads all around at 60k miles - not sure why I'm doing rear pads again at 80k. Front pads still have 90% life in them. I don't know if its brake bias or traction control or what.

I have not used it before, but I found a lot of people that had. Redline has OEM fluid replacements for both front/rear diffs and T-case. I did the fluid change almost a week ago and have put 500 miles on the truck. No weird noises or vibrations, 4hi/lo work just fine.

You need to get your priorities straight....4r mods trump kid time and home improvement. Every dollar wasted on college funds and roof leaks is a dollar you can spend on dual battery setup, winch bumper or rear drawers.

Finally got the center section of my hood wrapped to kill that nasty glare off of the scoop yesterday.
Today, I swapped out the suspect SPC UCAs with the new Dobinsons and 90% of the noise (I think I've got a brake dust shield making some noise as well) and the looseness (until recently, tires didn't make contact at full lock) is gone.
Also took off the mudflaps and put the RevTek fill panels in the rear... but no pics, because why? [emoji6][emoji1]
Next thing on the list will be picked up Wednesday. I'd planned to hold off on doing anything else for a while, but a certain garage sale deal made it too tempting to pass up. OK, I'll slow down AFTER I do that thing...and the associated equipment that goes with it. Yeah, right! [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]

Took it out to Mount Rainier National Park yesterday. (No, the parking lot isn’t that steep - I just couldn’t rotate the photo)
Today I removed the remaining XREAS lines and shipped it off to our new home in the Twin Cities. I guess now I’ll have to take extra precautions for rust prevention.

My wife and I put on exactly one slider and one skid plate. 
4xInnovations bolt-on 5th gen sliders and skid plate set.
VERY impressed with the quality.
We only planned on one skid and one slider tonight (three kids, busy life), and then tomorrow we're transitioning into installing the our safari snorkel.
(there's a method to our madness: the first skid was a just a KDSS test-fit. All the skids need to be prepped and painted. The driver's side slider is just more involved and needs a bit more daylight, and another floor jack, to get done.)

Morimoto XB Rear Lights: Love them, super bright and add a great look! Waiting to get the fronts installed.
AFE MACH Force-Xp Exhaust: Really surprised at how much "lighter" the truck feels on its feet. There is definitely a bit of drone from 2100-2500RPM, but it's tolerable.
I have the Magnuson SC and AFE Intake on the way; stoked to get these in. Will update!
