Spent one final day with the rig.

Then drove it to the dealership to trade it in for a GMC Yukon AT4.

I've been in a 4runner for 16 years so this will be quite the change. But enjoying the 6.2 and comforts of the yukon so far.

Its been a great ride here on T4R and I'll keep popping in here and there.

considering the Yukon at4 and sequioa for next suv, 4runner will most likley stay but need some more space with 3 kids

I think this will be my next move once my 4runner needs to be replaced. perhaps a tahoe rather than a yukon. not interested in a turbo so I don't have many other options - broncos don't interest me. I think it will either be a tahoe or an older model tundra before the turbo

Thanks! I think the TSO bumper is the best bumper out there! She is getting a lot of love, wheels coming in next. Washing the Runners is always a nice feeling. I need to wash the Runner, but the GF's Camry is up first.

the pads i ordered. Fronts are not installed yet. It's the wife's daily, she said it feels a bit better already, i imagine once the fronts go on itll make a decent difference. maybe stainless lines are next

Yeah, no dout that they functioned better than oem, just didn't last as long. Also i was running 285/70/17s at tge time. Now that i moved up to 295s and have full fron anand rear bumpers, powerstop ist the way to go. I doubt i'd get 5-6 months out of akebonos now

Always used to go old school with wash mitts and a bucket, but recently went to using a pressure washer and foam gun. Worth the investment. Saves water and is efficient as well. Of course, use quality microfibers and chemicals. The neighbors think I’m crazy foaming my car! Looks like shaving cream! Lol!

Upcoming road trip so I finally finished the platform to accommodate my fridge and slide I built for it. And since I had the space under the platform, I added a little pull out shelf with some stainless steel on top I can use to cut foods on. Got the platform idea from user turbodb on here and adapted it for my needs.

I have to wash options now. Foam canon and pressure washer and if it isn't too dirty I will do waterless car wash. It works really well!

Ehhh, pretty mild hazing for the guy posting about getting rid of his 4runner for a $70k+ GM product on a dedicated Toyota 4Runner forum. He only mentioned the valves/oil leaks, we don't have time or thankfully the experience to list all the things that will be wrong before his lease (friends don't let friends buy domestics) expires.

But it is a damn nice looking truck, hope he has good luck and lots of fun with it.
