Painted the wheels to match my own rig for the "mini-me" project. The wheel themselves are 1/2" diameter. Here's a photo after the tires were reinstalled:

Cool. It's funny, I was just thinking yesterday how much effort it would take to make a metal 4runner cover to go over my lockable mailbox... The mail port would be the rear of the runner. The rear window would be down, and where the mail carrier would deliver their mail. I would collect it by opening up the rear hatch... Yeah, yeah, yeah... it would open the wrong way, but still! :art:

Mini-me Part 3

Reassembled after painting the wheels and interior. Next up will be to paint the main exterior body millennium silver (very tiny taping should be interesting) and detail the other parts (most of the undercarriage, faux-fading, black-out the sunroof, etc.). Then comes the harder bit of making tiny accessories like a ~ 1:38 scale Yakima Loadwarrior and some taillight guards. Not sure if I'll have to hand paint things like stickers on, or if I can print really tiny ones (even size 2 font may be too large).

Just put in an order for a new CBI rear plate bumper! I'm excited to have another one of these since I lost the first one to the accident. Hopefully it will be here in a little over a month!

For all those interested...
The gas tank holds 18.3 gal and the gas pump nozzle shuts off at 17.3 gal from run out of gas rolling up to the pump to seeing gas at the top of the filler neck.
Ran out of gas yesterday evening on the way to dinner and curiosity got the best of me.

Also installed some aux reverse lights wires to a switch when needed. Disconnecting the battery to install the wiring caused my trip odometer to reset, and I forgot where it was at, bad fuel gauge, until I ran out of gas. Lol

I sure did, and thanks! I used POR15 TopCoat paint, in Chassis Black (basically satin). Just sanded the old oxidized paint, and sprayed!

Had some new shoes put on: 265/75/16 BFG KO2's. Have only put a hundred or so miles on them so far but am extremely impressed with them so far compared to the Michelin's (MS2, also E-rated) they replace... which honestly surprises me. The turn in is much crisper and the ride at highway speed is slightly softer and only barely noisier (talking 1-2 decibels louder kind of thing).

What are coil overs are you running?

Didn't do anything on it today, but spent hours trying to figure out what lift set up to put on my 4runner, what are y'all's thoughts:

-Toytec 3 inch front coils
-Tundra Bilstein 5100s all around (front struts put on the second notch)
-Toytec superflex rear coils
-Diff Drop
-Extended rear brake line

Am I forgetting anything? Anyone have any experience with a similar set up?

Do you have much rake with your lift or is it pretty level? Any sag after a while in the rear? I'm looking to run the exact lift you have.

I do have a slight amount of rake in the rear, however I don't mind it. It was worse after I first had the lift installed but they settled a bit now. They shouldn't settle any more than that. These superflex coils aren't the best for weight, but if you don't plan on running bumpers or armor in the rear, they should be fine. Fully loaded down in the back with people and some equipment in the back yesterday it was pretty close to being level but still some rake. Ride quality is pretty good too considering I'm running E rated tires.

In addition to everything you mentioned getting for a lift, make sure you get the PCK from [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION]. This ensures that after lifting, you're axle location side-to-side is corrected as well as fixing your roll center (body roll).
