Needed a tow in one spot. I aired down afterwards and had no problems the rest of the day.

We did about half of the alternative routes and only turned back on 2 because the exits were super gnarly

Installed some cheap amazon lights on the bumper. They are actually very bright and built solidly for the price. We'll see how long they last. Also welded in the Thrush welded muffler based on reviews I have read on this forum and elsewhere. It will be too loud for some but I think it sounds great on these engines! Deep and throaty, no annoying drone on the freeway. And finally, installed some TRD decals. I know some people don't like them because we never had a stock TRD package available from the dealer, but I think they look good on our trucks :flipoff:

Ah, the ultimate 4Runner insult... I’ve had two people reference mine as either a Jeep or call it a Jeep. I wanted to get things straight with both, but I just let it roll off. Haha
Doesn’t help you have the canvas top!

After the big thunderstorm last night I went to take the dog for a walk downtown and passed an old warehouse with a flooded lot. I assessed that I had a towel in the back to took the shoes off!

I hate mice

so living where I do, the outback, mice are an issue this time of year. I keep two bars of irish spring in the truck ( mice don't like the smell) and every so often I check the air cleaner box....they like to build a nest there.
today the air box was full, the air cleaner chewed up.
cleaned it out, replaced the filter
might go to the deck mod so it has a screen and eliminate the fender intake, besides in heavy snow and my wheel wells packed with snow,I wonder how good it does breathe in the winter.
in the past my x wifes volvo and my bmw I put screens over the intake...same issue
