Put my Ultra Gauge in. Well hooked it up and started setting it up. Just cleared my check engine light that came up last night for a Lazy O2. I think I'm gonna?modify the ashtray since I don't use it and put the gauge there.

Changed my oil and switched to synthetic. I also had time to remove my K&N filter and replace it with the OEM style and cleaned my MAF sensor.

I noticed a drop in my MPG and I'm hoping its just due to the oil build up on the MAF from the K&N.

How many miles did you have one your t4r when stitching to syn oil. I switch mine at 242k. I know some people say not to switch high mileage car over but I did.

Received my 231mm Tundra rotors, calipers, brake pads and shims in the mail; ordering a steering rack guide and bushings today. Sunday I'm having the local mechanic install the braking system, new spark plugs and wires, a block heater, and do an oil change. Yay!

Yay. Definitely like the black instead of...polsihed? That you have now. Could go either way on the red stripe. I wouldn't out it on there but I don't think it looks bad. Either way take your time and prep and you'll love the results,

I'm just over 197k. My engine sounds smoother since I changed over. I also noticed better gas mileage. My normal steelhead fishing routine took up a half tank of gas and today I managed to only use a quarter tank. I'm sure it has mostly to do with cleaning the MAF sensor and pulling the negative battery cable for 20minutes but its a big difference.

Installed Denso coils and plug wires tonight. Original "sumitomo 1996" wires and original denso toyota coils on my 1997 (184,XXX miles). Noticed quicker starting and better response on test drive. I am sure that is to be expected since the originals are 15 years old. Toyota love you long time!
