What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Could both of you measure how much you have the collar threaded down on each side? Like both of you, i have no idea how much lift i actually have and you both have the same setup as myself.

My passenger was about 1 3/4" and the driver is a bit more. Just measured it sat to set SantaCruzRunners. I want to be twins with UCA's...:crybaby:

Most stock 3rd gens are about 20 inches from hub to fender. I'm sitting at 25.5 which is about 3.5 with the body lift.

Ok that is what I thought. Yeah I'm happy with 23" and should match nicely rake wise with the Superflex coils I have on the way!

thanks guys! Yeah im pretty jazzed minus the dummy lights coming on. It's just about perfect with the LC 8 wraps but if it's gonna destroy my cv's for being too high i might have to tone it down. I may have to get some superflex coils too

thanks man, but i just went out and got an rough measurement. It's about 3 inches on the driver side and 2 and half on the passenger side

painted 3 center caps (need a 4th)
adusted throttle cable
wiped down interior. again. (so very dusty here)
real heavy duty stuff.

Yea, I don't know how. I've got the diff breather extended. Only thing I can think of its either got a crack in the line or it came in pass the seals. Using my backup cheaper oil for now and will drain it again after a couple days. Lol thanks, I wasn't stuck yet in that picture.

Yeah that looks like a lot of water to have just bled through a crack in the line, but it's possible. Post up if you find the culprit.

With some guidance and help from Yarsmythe I got my wheel caps done. I like the way they turned out and added in a little red flare to it.

Truck started running like sh*t about 5mins into a 1hr drive for work.....got to job, took it to a friend who was close with a OBDII....misfire #6....switch coils around, misfire #4.....replaced coil.....running strong again at 312K miles.....AC still doesn't work and exhaust needs replacing....money and time/money and time......... but drivetrain is great

How did you paint the Toyota emblem?

Red nail polish. After spray painting the caps and after 2 coats of clear coat. Paint the emblem, wipe the whole top down with thinner, this way it only smudges the clear coat a bit and not the silver paint. Clear coat it 2x times and they're set.

Correct. and it worked well

I used black acrylic paint and a tiny brush to get the 'T' on my wheel caps.
