Integrating some eagle eye amber leds into my headlights with a bit of machining, turning, 3d printing and jb weld steel stick. these things are stupid bright, they hurt my eyes on a sunny day.

Cleaned up and painted behind the front tube bumper getting ready for the winch. Dropped spare tire and cleaned/painted/undercoated the rear 3 feet to the axle. Going to clean up the control arm sections and remainder of lower frame sections tomorrow.

Keeping that frame rust free. Tomorrow afternoon the 219k mile long block gets pulled for a 120k mile longblock with Downey headers, TRD supercharger, and fresh timing belt and associated parts. Will be cleaning and decreasing everything along the way with a new pressure washer from Costco.

Tired and a little high from paint fumes but I'll take pics as it progreses tomorrow.

Those lights are awesome. Love the idea. I put them in as side turn signals about 2-3 years ago. Still bright as ever.

I drove her to work for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday. I needed to get the road salt off so we hit the car wash. Gold Exterior only wash which includes the under carriage.

Haha that was at the tail end of my head rebuild/TB change. Notice the conspicuously absent alternator and battery as well.

when i bought my 4runner a year ago, the p.o. must have removed the clock, there was nothing back there. so all this time i had to look at my phone for the time. finally purchased a working one from DeathCougar for a good deal and now i have the time!

What did you do to your 3rd gen today?

finally replaced rear brake line with an extended one and after bleeding rear brakes the old fashioned way I have come to the conclusion I need to cycle out all the brake fluid for new. What say ye? (the fluid is more of a light iced tea colour in real world)

Light iced-tea color isn't too bad. The color in that picture is though!

I got a factory roof rack today! When I bought my runner last year it only came with the flat covers, not rails for a rack.

I found a factory rack at an LKQ for $25 with every single piece, including the often broken plastic end caps. It was in pretty rough shape cosmetically, with tons of chipping/peeling paint a bit of surface rust. So I went to Home Depot and bought some primer and black spray paint,along with some silicone and foam weatherstripping to seal everything for about $20. Sanded it down, primed, painted, and put it on the truck today. Didn't finish up 'til after dark, so no pictures - but I think everyone knows what these things look like.

I'm more excited than I should be about a factory rack, but I'm really not a fan of the plain, unadorned roof on these vehicles. Now I got it fixed!

Today was unusually warm for March in the NE. 60 & sunny!
Tightened up my power steering belt.
Fixed this banging noise that was driving me crazy.
When I do a sharp right turn into my uphill driveway there is this bang! That doesn't sound nice at all. It looks like my PS "A" arm was hitting my after market skid plate. I lowered the skid about a 1/16" & it seems good.
And since I took care of some maintenance I treated myself to putting on the rare & elusive stock front mud flaps! Thanks to [MENTION=116467]Rock_Rat[/MENTION] for grabbing these from the pick & pull for me!

Did you use the oven method to take the corner lights apart? What temperature and how much "baking" time?

Mounted my Trans cooler. I'm going to run the lines tomorrow. Only had a little time after the wife got home. I also ended up wiring my relay and switch for my led pods. I just need to figure out where I'm going to remount my lights and wire them to test them.
