What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

We have these on my bike forums and didnt find one here with the search. So lets get this started. As the title states, what did you do to it today?

Well today I joined this forum because I decided to start modding my 2002 SR5. So with that said I was wondering if it would hurt if I leveled the front and the back? And if I do or don't level it what size tires could I fit comfortably?

First, when you buy the stereo, pick up an adapter harness for a Toyota (It plugs into the original wiring harness and has the color coded wires you will \ can butt splice into the harness that comes with the new stereo).

Remove original stereo and keep the mounting brackets (on the left and right). When you put the Single Din Stereo on top of the Gauge Pack, the brackets will match perfectly. Use the same screws to mount the brackets to the stereo and Gauge Pack together.

The color codes on the new wire harness adapter and the harness that comes with the stereo match (Green goes to green, purple goes to purple and so on.) If you want to double check, check the instructions on the harness and the stereo.

I can't find the paper I had those wrote on right now. There are several threads on here and Yotatech that has them. I tied these in with the butt splices on the wiring harness.

As for the sensor, I just mounted it to the metal "tab" on the front bumper that has the Vin Number sticker on it.

Only problem I have is when I turn my lights on, the gauge pack lights flash. If my lights are off, the illumination is perfect. So this weekend, I'll check my wiring and see why it's doing what it's doing.

took my driveshaft to pats driveline because of this never this is caused due to NAPA improper sizing and listing!! Be warned when buying u joints at NAPA they switched manufactures and i think they swaped for worse joints!!

I had my rear main seal replaced. Its been leaking for over 3 years now. Started as a small leak and over time became a big problem. At idle you could see oil squirting out. hehe. Shes all better now. I want to change all vacuum hoses out with silicone hoses as most of mine are cracking. Does anyone know the best place to buy a kit or by the foot. Would love to buy red ones to go with my runner.

Changed CV boots with the help of [MENTION=67079]Fjatheart[/MENTION]. After 137k miles, the axles are still in great shape. The inner boots had begun to leak around the axle shaft after I installed a lift.

Picked up a brand new 48" Hi-Lift jack with a cover and a 1st Gen roll bar for $40. Not sure what I want to do with the roll bar, but for the price I couldn't pass it up.

installed my new toytec eibach coils, running them on the 2nd perch(tundra 5100s) and they are just fine, not too stuff, provide plenty of cushion, but yet still firm. -still have more rake than id like, so i think im gonna add some top plate spacers -CV angles are not that bad either. i also fixed my 4wd system. -more about that "hot mess" in my build thread....

Did it Saturday but got my lift all finished. Running trd tundra coils up from with Billie adjustable and LC 7.5 and 8 wrap coils in rear with LC oem shocks.

Slowly with a lot of meticulous detail work. Close to 3/4 done with 1st headlight. At this rate I'll have it all done by beginning to mid March. Some days I wish I would have just gone with the MMH1's for sake of ease, but I think I'll be happy when it's finally done.
