Up graded from 265/70R16 to 265/75R16


Well I did the rear two tyres anyway, next week Ill pay for the front two. Cheap guy aye!

Should be fine if I don't hit the 4wd button..........should........be........fine....


I haven't measured yet but I'm sure I have got 6.4" lift from them. :noidea:

Yesterday I changes the spark plugs and installed these pretty blue wires

While I was underneath the hood I also did the ISR and deck plate mods

While I was closing the hood at some point I broke this

Went to dealership to order a new spring and its only $3 but a 20 mile drive only able to do 40-45mph for fear of the hood blowing open.

There are no OEM wires available for the 3G 4Runner. OEM was Sumitomo with the year on the wire and are not available here. Those in the pic are NGK's (I'm pretty sure) which are just as good as the (non-OEM) Denso wires sold by Toyota in the US. Also, both NGK and Denso plugs are OEM (they came from the factory with three of each), although Toyota sells only the Denso's.

Yes they are Denso plugs and NGK wires. The plugs I replaced were also Denso and they didn't seem that bad but the wires were red and wasn't sure the manufacturer so I figured what the hell I might as well replace all of it while I was in there.

You're wrong. I've called you out on this for the second time. Last time, I posted a picture of my BRAND NEW Sumitomo plug wires and the receipt from toyota.

Scraped off all the dead bugs from the front of the hood, grill, bumper, and side mirrors before I took it too the car wash. They do such such a crappy job.
It's amazing how many bugs my truck attracts. Ugh.

Washed it, then I used Cleaner Wax to take out the california pinstripes from off roading, then regular wax, then buffed it all out. Looks good as new!!!
