Finally figured out where my coolant was going
So after looking high and low I finally got a small leak on the driveway. Oh just my 5k mile old radiator leaking bottom passenger side, Koyo too :yawn:

Installed new Plugs and wires (NGK) and sometime this week I'll be putting on the hitch I acquired from a customer who had me take it off their '98 and didn't want it, woot woot for freebies!

Studs
Those studs look like are on the edge from what i can see,the studs needs to be a little bit sticking out past the nuts.i would get new studs if i were you and torque them w/ a lil bit of locktite.The Laws of Physics applies to everyone in my opinion.:juggle:

Crappy cellphone pic, but it was getting dark. Added some silver/silver TRD OR decals. They are the die cut ones and not factory. They look better in my opinion, but I already have concerns on how long they will stay intact. Time will tell I guess. I do like the silver/silver on black though.

Full disclosure.....wasn't done today but in the last couple months I've installed a nice new set of shoes....Cooper Discovery AT3 265/75. Found a used valvue cover, which was almost impossible, and replaced my VC gaskets and previously cracked VC, TBelt, Dbelts, Cam shaft and crank shaft seals, iddler, tensioner, new radiator, cleaned the throttle body and did a completed engine, engine compartment, skid plate and entire underside degreasing.
Oh ya, and replaced my TB sticker and proudly marked the last timing belt replaced at 304,700.
Next is exhaust and recharge the AC

Wow. I have 184K on my '01 SR5 and I would love to get anywhere near 300K on it! My next projects on it are overhaul the rear brakes and replace the axle seals and gear oil, and somehow make new bolt/ brackets for my hitch which was taken off over 2 years ago and never put back on.
Just change the oil and stay up on the maintinance......they are great trucks.....sold my gen 2 pickup with 267k. The maintinance is the big part IMHO, it's easy to get behind.....for example......valve covers leak, oil and sludge gum up insides of engine compartment, small exhaust leak, bumper is rusty and you need to change your TBelt.....then the belt breaks.....so rather than trying to tackle it all you just say F-it and sell her.....when all along if you had just kept up with her on the maintinance all you'd have is a TBelt to replace.....rather than looking at a truck that has a rusty bumper, oil caked under carriage and has an exhaust leak ......just take pride in her, treat her right and you'll be good
Lastly, unless your into mods and now what you're doing staying stock or close to stock will maximize the life of your truck and minimize your $$$

got a full exterior detail done, wet sanded, cut n buffed, acid washed windows and waxed... its so shiny and silky smooth... gosh i dont know why i waited so long. and the best part is it was free

4 new 265/75r16 BFG A/T's to replace the terrible mickey Thomson MTZs I had on there. And new Bilstein 5125 shocks for the rear. Rides great now.

I got scrapped in a parking lot, and they guy who did it was nice enough to tell me. He didn't want to go through insurance so he told me just go get it fixed and bring him the bill... I could tell it was just paint transfer from his side mirror so a buff would probably take care of it... Normally I wouldnt trust some guy and do this without a written agreement to pay ect. But I work with him and he's an honest guy so yeah. Total bill he is gonna have to pay is only $150.
