Thanks! I always saw jeeps in them and wanted to do mine, my paint wasnt the greatest so i figured it would be cheaper and way more durable then a real paint job. It was just two 18 year olds kinda gambling with no experience in painting, but it turned out great!

Checked for continuity on my idle air control valve and there is none for the closed portion of the valve. It is constantly open. At idle, I can get upwards of 1,900 rpms.
I suggest you buy a used throttle body which will include the IAC. Not from CL of course but from a certified parts distributor. I bought one via EBAY from a Texas parts store that just also lists on eBay. It came with 3 month full money back guarantee and a statement the truck it came off had < 100k miles (I can't remember the exact #) ... I think I paid about $125 shipped.

Thanks for the assistance. I was considering getting a new IAC valve by itself and just installing that. I'll look into your recommendation though.

Good stuff going on in here! I've been acquiring parts to do my axle seal/bearing job... now saving for the cost of the labor to have the parts pressed off/on. Having issues saving them money though..... laid off from my job again... so money is scarce!

It looks like its rubbing on the metal from the door but theres not. The rubber seal keeps it from rattling while driving

Oh man I'm excited. They should be here June 5th, just in time to put em on before I go to Gold Lake with Jon and the crew. Had to order them directly from Interco since no one stocks them besides a company in New York.

I was able to do some rust repair today. Had a spot about 2"x4" directly under the rear driver side passenger door and in front of the rear fender flair. The repair turned out real good, being as myself and my buddy aren't exactly body and paint guys. The step board had to come off to do the repair. I ended up taking both of the step boards off due to liking to cleaner look without them. Now I have to find the two front mud flaps to match the SR5 black fender flares. We will be coating the lower rocker panel and fender flairs in Raptor liner tomorrow to finish up the repair and improvements. I'll post up some pics of everything when I get finished up.
