Shaved my upper control arms so I could fit my new Fierce Attitude MT 35x12.5x17s. The extra rubber on the sides was rubbing compared to my old All Terrains.

Completely random, but your truck looks an awful lot like the one that was behind me for a good ways down 104th and onto 36 west a few weeks back.

Ever since I bought this, it has a bit of a shudder at 65-70mph. Hoping it will be as easy as out of balance tire or slight mis-alignment.

Don't count on it, I've got new tires, wheels, rotors & pads, balance, alignment & the shake is better but still there.

Was finally able to program my OEM keyless entry remote. Had to wait until it was really cold as it seems my dying lock actuators worked just enough in the cold to finish the power lock/unlock procedure!

Swapped my winter wheels and tires on and gave the truck a good cut, Polish and wax. Most of the scratches from summer adventures came out. Don't mind the front bumper, we've got plans for that as well. Sold my 5 stars and KM2s in preparation for SCS wheels and 35s in the spring.

That good to hear.. That's where I got my alignment and balance; Firestone.
Alignment is much better today.. I'm very happy with it. I have yet to hit the freeway though to see if the shudder still comes back at 65.

not trying to be a dbag know-it-all, but my experience and all of what I've read about this whole shimmy/vibration/wobble at xxx mph is due to out of balance tires, which will never be properly balanced without the Hunter GSP 9700 with Lug Centric adapter and Road Force balance.
You can get the balanced over and over and over, they can add 3 Lbs of weights, whatever. It won't work because our wheels are Lug Centric.
This is a known issue that many many dealerships and tire places are not aware of and dismiss as untrue.
Confirm the tech knows what he/she is doing. Many don't know how to use the machine properly.

First attempt at half shaft replacement. It went smoothly.

Got her back on the road after over 2 weeks of downtime. Had to jump the battery :| But my valve cover gaskets are replaced, the valve slappin' has been curbed (that I caused, by stupidly taking off and replacing a cam cap) and I'm not dribbling oil on my exhaust anymore. So it was a damn fine day. Gotta reorganize the interior this afternoon or tomorrow since it's still in disarray following a camping trip last month but then I'm good to hit a trail sometime tomorrow.

Missed the ol girl.

Thanks man. I've always done black wheels but I decided to do a metallic gunmetal on this set and it really came out nice. My only gripe is the weenie looking winter tires, they would look nasty with some aggressive looking tires on there.
