No pink milkshake for me. Removed the middle support bracket just to make installation easier. Added it back, along with the horns after it was complete.

Intalled my OME 881/890 lift, frint diff drop and front wheel alignment today. Rides very nice and no more rear sag! Just need to get my OME rear shocks from Toytec once they are in stock and instalk them. Pics wilk be in my build thread.

You installed ome 890 on stock rear shocks? How does that handle?

I don't have traction control on my 97 Ltd, but I do have a wife who turns white and screams "oh shit" when I get sideways on some gravel...

i finally fixed up my grille! now i just need to pull the bumper off to make the adjustment holes taller for my body lift....

Seems fine so far. I even asked Toytec wewhen Jarrid I think it was called to tell me my rear shocks are back order and he said it would be fine with the stock shocks. They are KYB Gas AJust shicks and they are about 6000 miles old. Not planning on doing any wheeling i. The mean time.

It did, I was like oh shit wtf was that. I figured it out when I looked down and the light was flashing.

How about, what I didn't do to my 4Runner... On Saturday, traveling north on I-5 from Kent towards Seattle. I was paying attention, not distracted, and it played off in spades...

I notice something up ahead in the roadway. I can't quite make out what it is till I am right up on it. I veer over a few inches to my right to avoid it. So... Turns out it is an industrial strength tire ramp. The kind that is made sturdy enough to drive a backhoe up onto a flatbed trailer. Holy Sh!t!!! Check rear view to see dude behind me drive over it in his small sedan. I thought... That can't be good. I mean, the thing was a good 3+ feet by 1.5 feet, and about 3+ inches in depth. Sturdy as hell and out to cause damage.

At that moment, I noticed the first of about 18 vehicles on the side of the road with, flats, broken radiators, busted oil pans and the rest. Just then, I noticed the second of these doom riders in time to avoid it. Some dip $h!t caused a TON of damage with his unsecured load of BS.

Paying attention pays off!

Tyr - how hard was it to do the 5 LED just below the headlights? Are yours DRL's or regular lights? That is my preferred spot to put some additional bright LED's but it seems like all the lights I have found that will fit there are DRL's.

One more thing; I can't tell from the pic, but did you remove that little panel completely or do a cutout for a flush mount fit.

The LED's under the headlights where a fairly big pain to do, removed the little space cover was easy, back drill the holes for the LED to stick out of, then epoxy the entire fixture to the lip of the block (took at least half the day), then wiring, well this is it's second round since i decided i wanted independent operation instead of just with parking lights on. Now they come on with the ignition, and are switchable off also. that took about half a day also.

I really do need to straighten out my bumper! :mmph:
