All the ko2s look like there bigger then they should it seems,
Even the 265s look really huge

Assembling and painting these took over 10 hours but I had Netflix playing the background! It is kind of like working on small models. Not that difficult but time consuming. I've still got more work to do, I need to add the breathing tubes and seal up the electrical connectors with silicone.

PIAA 510's to Existing Fog Lights

PIAA 510 Lights to Existing Fog Light Wiring

It was time for me to connect my PIAA 510's to my existing Fog Light wiring. These lights came with (ordered them) my Shrockworks bumper and also included a "nice" wiring harness.

I wasn't too fond of the connector or the harness considering the harsh environment the lights and wiring would be in. I could have used your typical male/female connectors (crimp and shrink wrap) but instead I wanted to use a waterproof tin-plated corrosion resistant positive/negative trailer style connector.

Materials Needed

1. Heatshrink Butt Connectors 16-14 I went with marine grade for the following reasons:
   • Heat activated adhesive lining provides imperious seal to salt water, oil and acids
   • Shrinks to form a water tight seal and vibrations/strain relief
2. Hopkins 2-prong extension Tin-Plated corrosion resistant
3. One piece of Heat Shrink

Total cost approximately - $10
The pictures are self-explanatory.
Stow the loose wire any way you want. I prefer to clamp it down.

I agree aside from Interco tires, they are usually right on the money or a little bigger.

Just got back from a 3 day road trip, dropped my girlfriends son in Pottsdam, drove to Seneca Lake and then to Niagara Fall and back to LI. The 4Runner drove like a champ. I think I love this truck.

Finished up my TB/water pump job. At 175k she's got new idlers, tensioner, crank seal, water pump, thermostat, timing belt, drive belts, radiator, radiator hoses, and radiator cap. She's good to go for a while and I'm super happy with how it runs, it's quieter now and it runs about 20* cooler thanks to the thermostat being upside down from the last timing belt change done under the previous owner, at a Toyota dealer...

When I did my daughters timing belt I left the radiator in also and when I was trying to break the harmonic balancer bolt the socket broke and I knocked the upper hose connection off. $200.00 worth of oh shit, be careful.

Yeah I had a replacement radiator ready, but first thing in the morning after I got my new cooler mount ties I pulled the radiator.

I hadn't even thought about this... My wallet might hate me depending on those sales haha

Used it. Damn it rubs hard at the firewall. Also the rear bumper. I think a body lift AND some trimming will be necessary but it wheels really well.
