Did both inner rear axle seals today, with new rear shoes and hardware. One of the easiest jobs on the 4Runner to date! No one should pay anyone to do rear axle seals.
nice job. I can't imaging changing all that i cleaned the throttle body no I idle at double what it should

I just bought this great beat up 96 with all sorts of aftermarket add ons including dealer instaled surercharger on 3.4 3 in lift kit brand new mudder and lots of electrical problems. I have everything torn apart and have solved some problems main thing now is turn signals half work hazards don't blinks fast left side right works fine nothing when hazard switch hit horn also doesn't work any help

When I bought this truck (1998 limited with factory locker) it, from all I can tell been offroad once. It was a two owner vehicle. First owner was an older lady and she'd had it for 17 years. Second owner was "broing" it out - put on horrible wheels, a nice Fox racing lift, and a roof rack then realized it wouldn't tow his boat. The weekend before he listed it he took it ou 4x4ing for the first time. I crawled under during the sale and the boots were busted. I talked him down $800 on account of the issue and then had knee surgery the next day. Today I finally got to replacing the CVs. Everything was untouched from factory. Installation was easy.
Also put a new licence plate holder on the first gen. #gobroncos
