Getting the rig all packed up for a trip to Cochise. I'm not leaving till next Saturday but it's the first road trip it's going on so I need to make sure everything is gonna fit. I haven't climbed there in a few years now so I'm pretty stoked.
Maybe by the time I get back Relentless will finally have my bumper done. If not I'm gonna be the opposite of stoked. lol

Great warm spring weekend in the garage = got lots done! Installed toytec coilovers up front & OME springs + Bilstein 5100s on the rear Saturday. Today I hung the RCI aluminum skids. All that's left is an alignment but I'm pretty impressed with the improved ride quality already.

Pushed out one of the hubs from my spare hub carrier assemblies that I'm building up with fresh wheel bearings / Total Chaos gussets.
Using a 12 tonne press and a old brake disk as a spacer I managed to break the disk!..
And my G claps....
New ones bought so I'll have a go next weekend.

Yep from Japan. I bought it at an auction. I used to have a dealership importing JDMs into Canada, and I still bring the odd one in for personal use.

Installed my Wet Okole seat covers. Replaced drivers lower cushion and actually took off the leather on the seats first too.
Those are fantastic. You just helped me make up my mind about then. What options did you pick?

These look great! I like how they actually match the inserts on the door. Does the color match in person or does the color in the pic make it look like that?

My wife experience was a little different. She said wth those lights are to bright. Then said night driving was awesome but they seem illegal. Lol.

Yea, breaking those apart are an insane PITA. Nightmare but should last another 300K. Not sure what UCA/LBJ combo you have but an oversight on my part was thinking I had plenty of room to press in my Light Racing UBJ after I welded the TC Gusset on. I lucked out and had just barely enough "bite" on the spindle and a way to brace it on the press to make it happen.
If you can press it in first and keep the heat away from the boot, you should be OK. BTW if you have the LR UBJ combo you will need a new external "c" clip. Once it's removed, it's spent. I think you've read all that in my build already.

Same ones he was because I sold them to him. They are ebay led's 120w, 6000. They where a little bright for my liking.

I saw a 4runner on the road yesterday with super bright headlights, but no throw to them. He pulled into the same gas station I was at so I asked him what headlamps he was running and he said LEDs (in stock housings) and that he mostly got them for 4 wheeling.
My projectors threw much farther, focused beams than his on the road, but I could see how his setup (with or without light bars) would be good for wheeling in the dark.

Geezus 120W HID lights? I thought I had some bright ones at 55W. Do they dilute the color of the bulbs you have? My 55W make my 8500 look like 7500 which is perfect for me.
