I want I do this to my back step ..what I have now is strips of grip tape on the ribs then I plastidip ..it works good but the tape and plastidip have taken a good beaten and are all messed up..do you worry about the lineing getting busted up ? I imagine not

It really isn't too high on my worries. All I do is step on it occasionally, so this was perfect for what I needed. PLUS is was left over after my dad did his truck bed so I didn't have to pay anything.

The stupid starter contacts and plunger after a bunch of no-start conditions where I validated my battery was good on a load test and tested the alternator as well.

Used victory lap 36-SOL and I hope I'm good another bunch of thousands of miles until the brushes or solenoid gives out

I did end up getting 3rd gen shocks, so that must have been someone else! I don't think I posted that I was getting anything new until it arrived. Once they are in, I will measure them up and see if they are truly meant for 3".

New Mickey Thompson classic III 16X8 0-offset, 4.5" backspace. Falken Wildpeak AT3/w 265/75/16 on stock 01 4runner SR5 2wd no lift, saggy rear, close but fits great no rub.

Was planning on Cooper AT3, but love the looks of these, and haven't heard any negative remarks yet. Leaning towards the Falkens now.

I've had the Falkens on my work tundra for a few months. They are a good tire for the price. I have duratracs on my 3rd gen and I like them better, seem much smoother ride. But again, for the price the Falkens are good

Today I bought my 3rd Gen 4Runner. Also took a good look under it and started buying suspension parts to make it behave like a roadworthy vehicle. '97 SR5, 268k miles, and not a bushing on the girl that's in good shape.
