Washed it and then ordered a pair of Rokmen RLCAs and front and rear stainless brake lines from Wheelers Offroad. Wanted to order some parts from Sonoran Steel but they are on summer break by the sounds of it. Will order from them next week when they're back.

Started ripping apart my rear bumper in preparation for my colour matched powder coated OEM style replacements. Hitch will be getting powder coated as well and everything else hit with POR15.
Only a couple broken bolts, none of which will require drilling. Had to chop the front most bolts on the hitch. On pretty much all the bolts I had to hammer on a socket size smaller due to the extreme corrosion. lol Good times

Replaced my instrument cluster and climate control bulbs with leds. Happy with the results and swapped out my 98 taillights to 02 ones.

Idk. But I really like the hole for the wire. Would be good for my cb wire. Because running it out of the little flop makes it not close all the way

Finally installed some Rigid Industries 50481 D-Series SAE Fog Lights I got last week.
The light output is incredible. They have a well defined cutout and great width.
Almost regret purchasing the parts to do a projector retrofit a couple weeks ago but they should look pretty cool and be worth it.
Last picture is taken a year apart in the exact same spot. She has definitely come a long way.

Had a tiny squeak that I feared was my new whiteline LCA bushings after all the complaints of squeaks I saw previously. Ultimately ended up being my stupid Bilstein 5100's again up front. They sent me the wrong bushing "kit" with them and they are too thin so the end of the strut ends up moving around consequently. Added a couple washers beneath the top nut which gave it necessary preloading and NOISE GONE. It was driving me up the wall cause the ENTIRE suspension/bushings/bearings are all new.
Repaired now, this morning I drove to my local dealer to get some small stuff I ordered an met the man who ended up making me sell my last 4runner (ran a carfax and unveiled it had been totaled before). It was never the same after that. He gave my current build a once over, verified clean history and offered me way more then it books for if I traded it in for a new Toyota. So, I still have my 4runner and a free carfax now

Came across a good deal on some TRD OffRoad Tacoma wheels last weekend. The guy bought a new truck, drove it home from the dealer, parked it in the garage, and immediately went to putting an 8in lift with 35in tires on it. So, the wheels came with the original Kevlar lined Goodyear Wrangler tires with around 10 miles on them. Got them for less than what just the tires would cost if bought new.
Anyway, got the new wheels on and gave the ol girl a good hand wash and wax...

I wound up throwing in some STP fuel system cleaner, resetting ECI, and installing a K&N air filter. Cleaned out the airbox during the process. Due out is cleaning the MAF and an oil change over the weekend.
Not sure how I missed it when I bought it used but the front sway bar links aren't connected. So that's soon to be fixed. Annoying.
Later I took off the running boards. Passenger side, stuck bolts....It sucked. Driver side, off in 5 minutes.

I had the interior of my 4Runner professionally cleaned. Young kid did a really good job. The amount of pet hair that came out of it was amazing. (Former owner, ugh)

Installed the SS 1.2 and new LBJ's. It wasn't too bad to install. The second rear spring was a little challenge, but otherwise went fairly smooth considering I went straight from working a 12 hour night shift to installing. I have to say it was a team effort with my wife. She came out with bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno's and helped bleed the brakes at the end. I take back everything I said about marriage.
I of course went straight to get an alignment done...
Nope, had to test it out. Found some snow, a lot of downed trees, and chased a bear.

They will slide inside the rear of the frame for the hitch to bolt to. Never have to worry about the factory "welded" nuts spinning again!
Very easy to remove the welded nuts..just thread the bolt in a couple turns are take a big hammer to it. They only have 4 small tacks.
